The Seiken Densetsu Retrospective: Final Fantasy Adventure (GB)
The retrospective begins with a look at Square's early years before delving into the first RPG (for the GameBoy) I ever played.
Note: Sorry about that second "The End" flash. It kept showing up no matter what I did to the timeline, the video clips or my render settings.

Love your videos
Amazing video. Can't wait for the next episode!
LOVE
I'm so happy to see this finally online! Great job as usual on your retrospectives!
FFA or.. "Mystic Quest" in Germany is one of my favorite games of all time. My first open world game ever, and on the Game Boy, no less. Great music score, good story, you get companions, it has a couple of secrets... Might be the most ambitious Game Boy game ever made to be honest. (except Tetris of course :P )
excellent content bro,ive watched this like 4 times.. im a huge fan of old school less known dark jrpgs.. i was thoroughly entertained.. more!!
Great retrospective series!!! Love it!!

Kenji Ito also did the SaGa Franchise.
1 HOUR HOLY SHIT dude that0s why you are my favorite uploader a question will you tackle all the games in release order right?
Oh man, I'm so glad you're making this retrospective. The Mana series is something I was always interested in exploring, but I'm way too late for it, it's way too long and convoluted and some of the games are way too shit. I cut my teeth on this very game as a kid and it scarred me enough already. I mean, okay, I was 8, but I don't think I ever made it past the bit with the mirror turning the butler into a werewolf. I just kept running out of mattocks and locking myself in dungeons and having to start over. My only experiences with the series are this, Secret of Mana and a really shitty and extremely BORING dungeon crawler on DS whose name I scratched away from memory.
. . . gravity must not be very strong in the world of Mana.
well to answer your question Edward from FF4 plays a harp to make a cave's magnetic force's so you can use metal weapons
You ruined a perfectly good video by inserting nonsense clips of everything else. I don’t know why a lot of YTers do this.
