Omg Shaman Durek you are describing my life! I've spent the last 2 months in meditation listening to understand what the hell is going on with my body. I pray to keep implementing these spiritual principals you're speaking about because damn...it's like totally reprogramming myself every day. I'm so grateful you're speaking on this because I have been hearing this within myself but none of the Drs I'm going to for help get it in the least.
