This is brilliant .I am teaching my grandson who has Moderate Learning difficulties .He is 8 .We are doing the read ,write programs and it is going well albeit slow .i believe it will take him 2 years but i am not relying on the school .i am taking charge. He does 15 mins each day plus whenever the opportunity arises

When you begin and a letter such as “c” has two sides - do you teach them both sounds from the very beginning?
Is Elemental phonics enough on its own? Or do you use another program along with it???
