Thanks Tim... I love the channel. There's lots of great stuff here and I love your playing. A quick question. I hear a difference in pitch of your two sticks when they strike the head. I can really hear it on the singles of the 7 stroke rolls. The stick in the right hand seems to produce a higher pitch than the one on the left hand. I know the sticks are the same model but are they matched for weight and density?

They should be matched, but they are fairly old now. The pitch difference could also be where I’m hitting the drum, but you’re probably right that it is the sticks.
