The Secret That Wants To Be Told - Terence McKenna’s Eye-Opening Revelations

An eye-opening and thought-provoking speech from ethnobotanist and mystic, Terence McKenna.
He said this was the "secret that wants to be told"
“The imagination is the golden pathway to everywhere.”

Our hope with these videos is to push your thinking. As Alan Watts said “No one is more dangerously insane than one who is sane all the time: he is like a steel bridge without flexibility, and the order of his life is rigid and brittle.” - Alan Watts.

I remember meditating for 3 hours and then starting to hallucinate while staying conscious. It felt like a lucid dream at first but then it felt like my consciousness was zooming into a part of 3d space. At very small scales I could watch 2d rectangles oscillate back and forth along all three axes, choosing specific directions and switching axes depending on its neighbors oscillation.

While in meditation I went to move my arm and an etheric arm came out of the physical arm and hummed as if powered by a reactor, I was taken back by this and decided to try to touch the wall about 6 feet in front of me and the arm extended and I felt a crackle as it almost went through it. Was very strange and powerful.

Nature has made our brains interpret the energy around us a specific way most conducive to survival. Everything you look at is made of the same thing, just with a different concentration of atoms moving at different speeds. Our brains can distinguish these different speeds of energy and make something greater out of it. It’s absolutely incredible

I have a strong feeling that we are blocked out of certain spectrums when we are born. and the ones who are resistant to the serum get diagnosed as schizophrenic or other "disorders" and are cast out of the "normal" people. the complex universe or chaos that people claim to have witnessed but can't exactly explain, may be so simple but to our brains it's incomprehensible because it is looking at it thru complexity. if any of that makes sense

Avery strange thing happened to me on the road down my psycadelic journey, I was introduced to the mushroom as a possible anti-depressant by finding Terrence Mckenna on the internet and by proxy all the world of natural medicine for the mind. And 3 years deep into this journey and dozens of hours of listening to Terrence i almost felt like I got to know him personally or something, it's strange. The only other people I have listened to like that are Alan Watts and Joe Rogan.

Yes your right when you say what your imagining is the same as what really is that's true. I also agree that science has failed our Mother Earth. But I do know one thing for sure and I think that no one really knows how the Earth was created. I believe it's beyond our thinking capability and all the science and religions don't know either. Magic is definitely real but human beings are not able to manifest the way The Creator of the this world can. Everything is indeed an art the way you get out of bed in the morning is art and people I think are afraid of the truth because they don't have the expansive and borderless mind that some of us do. There for if they don't know how it works they are not satisfied until they have an answer or better yet a theory. Perfect example: I'm sure everyone has heard the saying "you better watch out for the quiet ones" well that's me and I get along good with quiet people. But I eventually asked an adult why are people afraid of quiet people and they said because you don't know what they are thinking. But Who really gives a damn what somebody is thinking. You must be fearless in this world once you have the ability to conquer all your fears you enjoy your life. So it's fear that has destroyed mankind and will continue to do so but I'm not going to let it effect me. I'm happier not knowing things that way it can't hurt you. Peace and Understanding to you All
