In this country they don't have secret bedrooms but there are two people who can fly the plane so if one of them needs to use the rest room the other person will fly the plane and if the pilot can't wake all through the night they are not fit to fly the plane that time, so you need to be well rested.

4:17 learnt that after take off, wondered why they were all locked but then saw a crew member just flip the switch and I was like omg. I opened it on my brother... sorry
