The Secret is in The Filling❗ Without Oven!Super Crispy and Delicious Pork Pie
This recipe can make 5 Pork Pie
1. Pie dough :
* 300g All purpose flour 2cup+1tbsp
* 5g Salt 1tsp
* 180ml Water 3/4cup
2. Fillings :
* 400g Pork belly
* 1 tbsp Oil
* 5g Ground Ginger
* 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
* 1 tbsp Sweet sauce
* 1/8 tsp Thirteen-spices
* 1/8 tsp White pepper powder
* Green onion

I already made the milk bread and garlic bread according to your videos. Both were scrumptious. I like the simple explanation you give in the instructions. Also your voice is very soothing, it gives the videos almost ASMR feeling to it. ♥️

Thanks for your support too. I have kids at home, so I have to record at night after they getting sleep. I always worked until 2-3 am. It's hard for me be a mother and youtuber.

caroline lee 就是一般清洗,保養方式跟鐵鍋一樣。這個鍋特別的是像不沾鍋一樣可以煎的漂亮,但是沒有不沾鍋不好的致癌表面材質,只是只能用中火加熱,不能大火快炒,特點是鍋的溫度會慢慢的上升,其實也蠻符合健康的,如果是用橄欖油烹調,中火是最好的溫度,而且它的把柄都是常溫,不會燙。同時這個鍋也可以進烤箱烤。

Baking powder and baking soda would cause it to rise in the oven which is not intended. My question is how does proofing work without yeast?

妳好,我做的餅皮外層的脆度還可以,可是咬開後內層餅皮感覺是沒有層次,內層口感是軟黏的. 請問是不是麵粉沒有醒發夠?另外,醒發麵粉除了時間要足,溫度或濕度會影響嗎?謝謝!

最後麵皮沒有抹蘇油
嘩 好吸引呢!琼姐姐,若做了一大鍋的麵團/內馅/已包了內馅的麵團 能否在晚上先做好,再存在雪櫃/冰箱 ,隔一天早上才拿出來煎呢?:)

可以的,你看卖的很多饼就是冻起来,然后后面煎的,你可以放冰箱冷藏一晚上那个面条,早上起来包,也可以包好了早上起来煎都没问题
