Glad to hear it, even if these videos aren't overly popular, I still really enjoy making them because it's nice to revisit the forgotten parts of the mid 2000s

I remember reading somewhere that on the PS2 version of Bully Gary had a chance of spawning in New Coventry on rare occasions. I don't think it's true. Like I played that game pretty religiously as a kid and never once remembered seeing him spawn there.

I remember reading one about Johnny Vincent spawning at the BMX park after Wrong Part of the Tracks and being so disappointed when he was nowhere to be found

@@TheNathanNS Ooh I remember that one as well. Though I kinda get how that rumour could have started. A few of the Greasers look alot like Johnny. Someone probably saw Ricky or Vance in the BMX park and mistook one of them as being Johnny.

Maybe not Gary, but New Coventry is indeed a place for weird spawns. From time to time (not very often), orderlies can be seen chasing troublemakers. I also got Dr. Slawter to spawn once and he was telling off a Preppie (how in-character, I know).

@@TheLuca2001 Oh that's interesting. My sister was playing the game the other day and when she entered the pool hall there a whole bunch of the adult NPCs were in there. Later the same thing happened at the beach house.

@@rainyday9174 I've also seen townsfolk inside the Boys' Dorm (most often happening if you travel to Bullworth Town and/or Old Bullworth Vale during the first chapter) or just roaming the campus. Also, I've seen Brandy roaming around Old Bullworth Vale for the rest of the second chapter after passing "Small Offences". Sometimes, I really don't understand the NPC spawning patterns of this game.

I remember one, not the classic era but still, all the rumors about how to get the gloves in GTA IV. There was like "you need to 100% the game" or "You had to get the Happiness Island sweater" and some other things like that I can't quite remember.

Not only does Nicky have an unused sunglasses model, but I did some data mining looking for character quotes and girlfriends have a variety of lines relating to the quality of Niko's hatwear and eyewear. Meaning, there were more glasses and hats available at the other clothing stores. Shame, seems like quite a bit of quality appearance modification ideas were left on the cutting room floor for IV, like barbers. I can understand why they cut the fingerless gloves, while they are a fun not to Sasha from Behind Enemy Lines, they're just too "criminal" looking. I would have loved to see some proper leather gloves at Persius and an overcoat or two. Several NPCs wear them. With how Niko is required to wear Persius clothes at several points in the story, expanding that selection would be a smart idea.

You actually can fly the dodo to the bank island in gta3. It's just really hard and theres like one small spot you can land on.

And UFOs are in both San Andreas and Bully, they are the lights that trail the sky at night. Straight up called UFOs in the particle textures

I heard a rumor in school when gta 5 came out where if you went too far out with a submarine you would get eaten by a megalodon

If you do that in a sub it gets crushed by the ocean pressure, killing the player. However if you exit the limits in a boat or aircraft you will sink and be killed by a great white shark.

Bruh, even with the exploration music, the sea in V is pretty creepy. A megalodon would've made me shoot piss straight into the console lmaoo. Though, a megalodon mod would be cool.

The ghost cars actually starting to chase you when you got into the woods at night. I avoided the woods like the plague and everytime i crashed into them i reloaded a save lol

The only ppl who used guns in the warriors were Luther and birdie the turnbull ac in the wheelchair

One that screwed up my save on GTA SA was that you could get to vice city if you flew south-east from las venturas

I still don't understand why rockstar chose not to make the storyline characters spawn in freeroam. Would it have ruined the storyline if you could just beat up petey anytime you wanted?

Sort of. They just thought that the clique leaders don't belong in freeroam and I agree. It keeps their mystique, as if they're guarded by their clique in their respective hideouts.

as a teenager I honestly thought that in gta San Andreas after your told to get some green clothes to represent grove street that if you removed them sweet would call you and pull you up for not wearing your greens XD i thought that because after your told to go to the gym and you instead let yourself get fat either big smoke or ryder calls you after a few missions and tells you to hit the gym

I also thought that in bully if you don’t wear school uniform the prefects would chase you down until you got changed lol or they’d chase you if you ran around in your underpants

When i first played gta vc and i was doing vigilante downtown the rock city building was open i said i would go inside later after vigilante but it was closed then also when i first played vc there were no asset missions or gang missions or love fist missions and diazs mansion had infinite roofs the staircase was infinite during rub out idk if i played a demo ir smth 😂 i also remember a save point on the beach at a wooden house. And the fbi washington was parked in ocean beach instead of downtown

I remember my friend (who, like your friend lied all the time) told me in Bully you could kill people if you kept hitting them after knocking them out. I swear I must have kicked Algie 1000 times and he still wouldn't die lol.

I remember in like 2006 or so i seen a video on KZread called something like "gta san andreas secret 100% completion rewards" or something an in the video the dude goes to the country side somewhere near Northstar rock an theres a bunch of cars parked there. One was a McLaren an one was the Rothman mk2 escort rally car i can't remember the rest were. An i can't find the video for the life of me anymore. Man that stuff is funny to look back on an remember believing some of it

when i was young before i played bully i always thought there was a cutscene where jimmy and his parents are talking to each other in a house. i don't know what they were on about but i could remember being it there, but when i first played the game i couldn't find it anywhere. ik this isn't a hoax but i thought i might share it with you guys

That first one wasn't far off honestly. In SA couldn't you access like Liberty City or some other mission place by flighing to speciric cordinates in the sky? Same with going in certain interiors by flighing into invisible random sky points? That stuff was so weird

It's not that obtuse to discover. GTA SA uses "interior universes" high in the sky to store it's accessible interiors and LC is an interior located within. GTA VC also makes use of separately loaded interiors but are all located in their respective buildings.

I remember that bully rumour about gary and johnny in free roam being true because back when the game first came out in 06 a vid was posted to youtube with gary walking around in free mode after the game was complete but I can’t find that vid now 🤔

About the GTA III tunnel: Since initially GTA VC was supposed to be DLC for GTA III, perhaps R* thought of the general aspect of DLC around the late development of GTA III and planned to make the tunnel open after you finish the game or something like that. Like how Bullworth opens up once you complete a chapter.

No, no, no. It most likely would have been like a mission pack for III, a separate game mode. The tunnel is simply there because the mapping philosophy of island cities had yet to be established in III.

I remember my friend saying there was a way to access all islands of San Andreas before finishing Green Sabre mission without getting wanted level. Just take over all gang territories in LS and all bridges will unlock.

I liked how the Shoreside Vale Tunnels were opened in GTA LCS. However, it of course didn't end there. Within the tunnel is a third road that heads to the left and is also blocked off, though construction of that road is nowhere near complete. We do know now though that the full tunnel would lead to Upstate Liberty and you can actually see that part of Liberty City in the Definitive Edition of GTA 3. The many building scattered across the distant hills belong to Upstate Liberty.

Myself made those hoaxes back then. After beat up garry, i found him in the road to assylum wearing hobo clothes and become aggresive once jimmy get closer, he keep saying "die you baldhead" Dunno why i spread those hoaxes to my friend back then
