I subbed because you spoke so glowingly about my coach. Les Snead hiring Sean McVay was the best thing to happen to my Rams EVER,and I've been a Rams fan since 1975. Thanks for the background on Sean.

Ummm, as a Celtics fan there is no way McVay is even close to Brad Stevens and If any NFL coach isnthe Brad Stevens of the NFL it would be Kyle Shanahan. And if your gonna tell me McVay is anything even remotely close to Shanahan as a offensive genius, your in denial and str8 DELUSIONAL SF 49ers are winning that division this year anyways. 13-3/14-2 #1 seed in the NFC. Mcvay has two problems, 1 Kyle Shanahan and 2, Jimmy Garoppalo

+Daniel Andre lol Shanahan is the most overrated coach in the NFL. When he was OC for washington their offense had 1 good season then collapsed. He failed in Cleveland and his 1st year in atlanta they were 8-8 and the offense struggled heavily. He finally had a hit season in 2016 where the falcons were amazing and matt ryan played his best football but shanahans track record speaks for itself, he had very little or nothing to do with it. Then this last season he was winless through the first 10 weeks of the season with a mediocre offense and started winning games when they meant nothing and could call games like they meant nothing. Shanahan is just another brian shottenheimer the offspring of a much better and more successful Coach. Mcvay runs circles around Shanahan which is why Kirk was a horrible QB under Kyle but became a top 7 QB under Mcvay.

Yeah he is but he is on his way to becoming a top 3 one in the nfl

McVay's offense is pretty amazing. Everything looks the same at the beginning, a run, pass, draw, screen, jet sweep, shovel pass. It looks simple but is very sophisticated, making it difficult for defenses to identify the play. Win or lose, they are definitely fun to watch offensively. Defensively though, the whole NFL seems to be having a hard time stopping offenses, so while they don't seem that great, it may just be about the rules.

Darkplace for a while is an understatematent. Ram fan since 1966 and have seen it all in football. McVay is special, the youth, energy, love for the game, football IQ an a players coach will make him the next Lombardi of football coaches.

I played for Jim Fassel for the Locomotives in the United football league. Oh small fact also, Jim Fassel son is the SPT Coordinator for the Rams under Mcvay now.

Born in 1986?! To climb the ladder that fast that young requires deep connections. He was an avg college player and was hired right out the gate as a NFL coach?! Just like Kyle Shanohan. Both were average players who had a head start because of their family connections in the NFL.
