Mystery inc is a separate timeline tho. They all have different ages different parents, different place of birth etc

I don't think Mystery Inc is connected to anything before it and is instead a complete reboot. The town they grew up in is completely different, they have different family members, and the show takes place in the 1980s I'm pretty sure.

The way I view it is a multi-verse. Timeline 1: HB = Everything between Where Are You? to 13 Ghosts.Late 80's movies are set before 13 Ghosts and 1980-82 Scrappy shorts are non-canon tall tales. Also Shaggy and Daphne end up together in this timeline. Timeline 2: WB = Everything between Where Are You? to first Scrappy series, Pup, What's New? and most DTVs. Just gonna say Curse of the 13th Ghost and Return to Zombie Island are non-canon and never happened. Timeline 3: Live Action = Anything from the live action movie series, starts with Daphne & Velma and ends with Scooby-Doo 1. Yeah, I like the theory that Monsters Unleashed takes place before Scooby-Doo 1. Anything else that is stand alone like SDMI, Get A Clue, Be Cool or Scoob.etc exist with in their own separate universes.

What about the supernatural episode when they were in the show

@@jairog2787 Shaggy & Scooby Get A Clue IMO is still bad not unwatchable bad like Velma is but it really is a weaker Scooby-Doo series. I haven't watched much of Be Cool, Scooby-Doo I am however noticing it getting a cult following however.
