We live with a moral code yet no prison is empty? To suggest everyone shares the same morals is willfull ignorance.

Not only that , but the morals of people change culture to culture , country to country. Moral code for lack of a better definition is quite literally a social construct

He didn't say everyone shares the same morals. People having morals =\= everyone has the same morals. You've strawmanned what he's saying just to shut it down.

@@sub7se7en "We live by a moral code" This could imply both that everyone has A code or that everyone shares the same code. He cannot be suggesting that he believes morality to be subjective when he holds the belief that there is only a single true moral code. This is an anti-science religious argument.

@@Scrotchkins He doesn't believe morality is subjective, but that's not relevant to the statement. The fact that people believe in morality at all is an indicator that more is going on than what we can see empirically.

@@sub7se7en How are we defining morality? People choose to behave in different ways based on a variety of reasons, we call this 'morality'? Countless fields of science study and suggest causes for certain human behaviors. Where does it fall short and require a supernatural explaination? If morality is subjective it isn't significant.
