Finally Real Madrid have got their man after years of negotiating with PSG and Mbappe himself, the deal is a ll but official. In a few months Mbappe will be in the famous white kit of Los Blancos and will be looking to continue the legacy of the club. But there is one scary thing that nobody is noticing! You see Mbappe will be stepping into the shoes of Real madrid's greatest ever player CR7. He will have great weight on his shoulders but is for sure capable of handling these high expectations and is already bearing great similarities to Ronaldo from both his play style and his career statistics at a relatively young age. In fact Ronaldo was 27 when he clocked 300 career goals during his peak years in Real Madrid compared to Mbappe’s 300 goals at just 24.

I understand some, or many, love CR7. However, thinking Mbappe is supposed to fill CR7 boots is just nonsense. When CR7 arrived, was he suppose to fill in for Di Stefano or Puskas? Are we also suppose to think Davies is to fill Roberto's Carlos shoes? Bellingham fill in for Zidane? Rodrygo for Figo? Tchouameni for Makelele? I've never seen two identical players.... Mbappe just needs to be himself, and so the rest of the current players. Hala Madrid!

The idea of filling to role of another player is a motivation to continue the greatness of Madrid. This does not mean copying the play style of the previous, but the desire to win everything and anything. The history of madrid is a challenging task that only the greatest players can continue. Mbappe, Vini, Bellingham, and others are brought to match and improve on the intensity’s of those prior. It’s an honor to be represented this way, it’s why all these players want to join the best club in the world.

Guys dont forget that Ronaldo was scoring these 300 goals in Premier League and La Liga, Mbappe scored them at Ligue 1, which is much easier league to play in.

The transfer is not official. He has been transfered by media since 2019 and he's still in Paris. Your video will be a shame in 2 months if he decides to stay in Paris.

@@TheFootball-Library If he wanted to be professionally successful he would've been in Madrid already. He's more inclined to be an icon, than a footballer. His parents brand him like a startup company and going to Madrid would force him to give up half of his sponsorship earnings. That's a bad business move, even if in a sports manner, that's a move every footballer dreams of.
It will be the best if ucl final is Real vs Psg and Real wins. This will for sure make him come
Good video , and as I am a Real Madrid fan of course I´m looking forward to the arrival of Mbappè ( but be careful with comparisons with statistics ) We have to take into consideration that the French League is not as competitive as the Spanish League... so we will see.

Few things : they both scored 300 goals but in which leagues? Cristiano can score many ways : header, dribble, long shot, free kick, weaker foot. Mbappe cannot do all these yet. He needs to improve to reach Cristiano level
The scary truth is that he will have problems in Madrid and won't live up to everyone expectations

I'm just really curious about this transfer. With Mbappe coming to Real, someone will have to leave. They already have Vini, Rodrygo, and Bellingham. Having so much top talent is not always ideal. Ego's will clash for sure.

I think mbappe is world class but he’s still below cristiano. I think he will score a lot of goals but I don’t think he will reach Ronaldo’s level at Madrid. The goals will be spread out but I think mbappe will score the most out of the forwards at Real Madrid. At least 35 goals a season.

PSG couldn’t win the champions league when they had players like Messi, Neymar, Zlatan, Verrati, Di Maria alongside mbappe and yet they still didn’t get far. I’m not even counting Cavani in there so how is it that they’ll win the champions league when there are far better teams struggling to win it?

Mbappe is great but no where near the level of CR7, even at comparative ages, CR7 was just a different beast, his individual records show that.
