They have started protecting their idols already. They haven’t protected their artist before because it was no use. When they report the sasaeng the police just tells them of and let’s them go and they just do it all over again. Yes it's the sasaeng's fault for harassing and bothering the idols, it's also the securities' jobs to keep the sasaeng fans out of the idol's reach. and also the fact that the company is not doing anything about the issue is very serious (as stated in the video that JYP did not do anything for Got7's case).

@• 레아바티 • I think you misunderstand something. They are not blaming the company for the exitance of sasaeng fans but their security problems. They are blaming the company for not having loyal securities when they just let the sasaengs get so close to the idols that they can potentially harm them. Have you seen some security guards that throw fans away from the idols? It's harsh but it's their duties to protect the idols as it's unclear if the fan is a true fan or weirdo like these sasaengs that could try to harm the idols.

NCT have too many sasaengs and they have called out sasaengs so many times. They literally camp outside their dorm and call them everyday and Sehun recently said that he gets 100 calls from sasaengs everyday. I don't understand what joy these sasaengs get by harassing the boys. Sm has now said that they will sue them I hope these sasaengs will stop now.

i’m open to having a convo about this but i feel the main reason theres so many saesangs and fans that are against idols dating for example is because of the image these idols are made to present. these idols are marketed as perfect boyfriends/girlfriends and purposely make their interactions with fans personal, it creates a sense of ownership of the idol in saesangs, a sense that “this person belongs to me and therefore i should do whatever i can to be with them because they must be in love with me too”. Now this absolutely doesn’t excuse the shit these idols have to go through and the complete invasion of privacy but yeah just a thought.

The main reason that I can think of is: They're more marketable that way. Companies are just about the money, nothing else. The "fans" who take it to the extreme and do things like this have invested a lot of their time, effort, and money on the idols and that, in turn, makes them think that the idols are their property. Think simps, but (figuratively) on steroids.

for those who don't know ;sasaengs are overly 0bsessed fans who $talks idols and also sasaeng is said to be a industry where people can earn money by $talking too

Please don't say SASAENGS as FANS. I really hope SM protects EXO a little more.

I swear SM really need to protect their idols better and give them own bodyguards or at least more security cause i’m really getting scared for them😭😭

Sasaengs are living in fantasy worlds where they think this stuff is ok, they will get noticed, and they will date their idols. Maybe they think idols will be impressed with their efforts when really, it has the exact opposite effect. These people need to cut it out and realize idols are people too. They want to eat, sleep, drink, and even pee in freaking peace!

There are literally looootttttsss of encounters between exo and their sasaengs. Baekhyun shared one time that a “fan” he knew turns out to be two-faced. She was actually a sasaeng. Baek found her with another sasaeng outside his/their house's door (maybe their dorm?) and expressed his disappointment because he knew her for a long time already. Baekhyun even beg for the 2 sasaengs to protect his privacy 😭 A sasaeng once also stole Kyungsoo's boxer and even posted it online. Leik wtf??!?! They are so sick in the mind!! 😤 And another situation, I think it was an ig live and Kai literally showed a glimpse of the sasaengs on camera waiting for him outside the car. Exo members can't even have a peaceful personal live because sasaengs keep on calling on their phone wtf. It was sick how it happened to Suho while he's in another country 😬 yikes

Being an EXO-L, it's so frustrated & upsetting to see EXO in this ruckus ...can't even imagine how they've been gone through!

I remember when Lee Taemin from SHINee was doing an Instagram live last year and the live kept getting interrupted because a sasaeng kept calling him, it was difficult to watch because you could see how upset he was and even told the sasaeng to please stop calling him. :(

Once sehun even revealed in his ig live that he gets more than 100 saesang calls a day.

Jeno (NCT Dream) tried to show some seasangs numbers on vlive multiple times so the fans can handle the situation instead- he’s so brave for this

I've noticed a pattern in this video that sm entertainment isnt properly securing their idols enough

The first clip made me feel anxious, it was when Enhypen was mobbed and surrounded by so many saesaengs. One member fainted, another was pulled down. 4 of them are still minors (the youngest being 15) and the eldest is only 19. AND the fact that they didnt even debut yet. Saesaengs rlly need to stop, they are hurting their mental health and physical health

Yep I remember that too. Sunoo fainted and I think Jake fell and the others had to go through them somehow. I was scared just by watching this happen. I can't imagine how scared they might have been at that time. The fact that they were still minors too. These people really need to stop, like what do you get by doing this? Some crappy quality photos. For the most part they won't even notice you. Some personal space and protection is really needed for them and every other K-pop idol, no matter how old or young they are. That is why I fully understand if unlike many other groups, EXO doesn't share something about their personal lives so much because that's the only way they can get atleast a little privacy.

EXO are who directed me to this love of Kpop, Jpop, Cpop. The boys were all so talented. Their singing was engaging. Their choreography stellar. I knew I wanted to listen to more songs and more groups like them. Unless it was dubbed so I could understand the song, I just listened and danced to the beat. The songs made me a happier person. I didn't know about them as a teenager. I knew them as a mom of two tween girls. At 51 years of age I still consider myself as a fan. I don't see them as a teen idol but rather as talented boys of whom I'd admire. I am so proud of what all they have done. I'm so happy that they are such good boys. Seeing this video and reading these comments makes me so sad. I know that any choice can come with good and bad consequences. These boys are doing something they love, something that makes them happy. Everyone should be happy in this life. To hear them having to dodge crazy fans in such a way is just heartbreaking. They shouldn't be fearful when they are chasing their dream. Their company really needs to protect them. I know from a motherly perspective I would love to do all I could to protect them but I know I cannot. It's not just EXO either, but all of the industry from all the different countries. These companies should recognize their talent, they should appreciate their talent, and they should protect their talent.

But sadly he still had to go on a hiatus. SM really is turning out like Cube. They made him apologize in a way that sounded that he did wrong when he clearly didn't.

Unbelievable the Saseangs are getting worse and worse these Idols are Human beings 💔 😢 not objects. They need to respect their personal space and privacy 😤 😒 period. These Entertainment companies need to do a much better job protecting their Artists from Saseangs

How do people even get to such a low point in their lives? That's what confuses me the most. It's not only about taking legal actions. These people need mental help, otherwise, they'll not stop this behaviour.

I still believe that sasaengs have a connections to some staffs or company workers. there's no way in hell a person would know the exact room of an idol or their exact numbers not unless you're really "that" powerful or just a person who likes to waste money into illegal stuffs like invasion of privacy

Those saesangs are creeping me out... I just got goosebumps Why can't they just make the idols in peace during their rest? The idols have been prohibited in a lot of things, even their privacy was taken from them. Those saesangs shouldn't be called as a human, but a monster

EXO's sasaengs even tried to kidnap them, they crashed a wedding just to get to them, they were waiting for Baekhyun in front of his door and tried to break in, stole Kyungsoo's underwear, tried to take pictures of Chen's newborn the day her mom gave birth to her, one of them started this crazy rumour about Chanyeol, saying he's a womanizer and he ab*sed her emotionally and then she tried blackmailing him, they also keep stealing their stuff, getting physical with them and following them everywhere. And yet EXO are still the most humble and kind idols, personally I think I'd give up being an idol after all this turmoil.

And after the news about Chen getting married and having a daughter broke, sasaengs were so angry that they started send d*ath treats to him and his family, wanted to pay an advertising company to spread nasty rumours about him in HIS OWN HOMETOWN, they were trying to find his fiance and they were threatening to h*rt her and their newborn baby. They are INSANE.

I'm shocked to see that SM's artists are not protected at all. BTS was in a situation where the saesangs were literally sleeping outside their house. They had to move to a security complex for their safety. Also they were bothered by saesangs on public airplains. Now they have their own airplain. Still somehow saesangs will find out their schedule. The faces of our idols being scared is heart breaking.

i remember jungkook was doing a vlive when he was in the states I believe, in 2019, and he kept getting phone calls from a sasaeng and he said please stop, etc and they did not. also, tae from bts said a sasaeng was on a plane with them and he was so scared and uncomfortable, asked them to stop. crazy people with no life.

I'm watching this and I'm thinking to myself.... where are their companies????? The security??? How can the companies be so careless as to have their artist's personal information being leaked and on multiple occasions??? And so far as to having their dorm addresses being public information. Something needs to be done. That's one of the things I like about HYBE. For the most part, they ensure that their artists are protected.

Then there is treasure map editor who revealed all the saesang following treasure to Jeju......you can't spell savage without YG artist and staffs 😌

That's why parents have to get involved in their kids hobbies. This gets out of hands.

They are just crazy!!! Like...If u love someone u should support him/her rather than following and stalking them. Privacy is also a thing that exists in this world. Kindly keep this in mind. I am a carat, and my heart was so shocked when i saw woozi was there. Joshua has a saseang named p*nk and shes so crazy.
