This is exactly what I heard at sufi meditation center under video is soul /heart some CD control room.
JazakAllah I learnt so much from Sheikh Moutesem Hammedi lectures and it is slowly giving me perspective of linking my inner soul with Allah in everything I do though it will take some time as I went through a real crash downhill May Allah reward Sheikh his family and Rashidoon staff in both the worlds may the endeavors grow in the world with reflection of the beauty if Islam Allah and Orophet SWA and the Companions

SubhaanAllaah this is exactly what I felt the last years. ..but I had not the words to explain it. It's so beautiful to stay close to your heart..to listen but also to follow. I always thought I was not normal because a loy of my friends are more in "motivation-mode". DjazaakoemAllaahoe ghayran.
Sheikh Moutasem, Thank you so much for this thought-provoking talk! جزاكم الله خيرا Some of what you referenced reminded me of this ayah in Surat At-Takwir (81:29). "وَمَا تَشَاءُونَ إِلَّا أَن يَشَاءَ اللَّهُ رَبُّ الْعَالَمِينَ" Translated as: "And you do not will except that Allah wills - Lord of the worlds."
This session was very impactful. I’ve been following sheikhs Facebook posts and have always been deeply moved by them- there was something very deep about his posts that I didn’t necessarily see on other pages- the methodology and self-reflection presented here and tips on how to do this ourselves is very valuable. May Allah reward you and your team
Talking about flow . I can identify with this in creative vertical gardening. I do this for free and spend thousands on these creations for others. Just appreciate the opportunity to create these .
