Masha’Allah,really a deep reflection n well needed reminder to each n everyone of us in this crazy day n age.may Allah bless the sheikh n protect him always. “Things u can’t change,you have to resort to acceptance,that means u let go,accept the decree of Allah سبحانه وتعالى there,stop resisting ur reality,most of our pain comes from resisting reality.change your mind and perception about it by accepting it embracing it n let go” Not exact words but one of the striking points the sheikh mentioned. Recommend everyone to hear the lecture.

Need deep inner Working.. Of course some limits of Adhab with الله.. Yet sometimes we are indeed resistance against reality.. Taking responsibility for choices we made & Are Making.. Please correct your misleading translation that woman was created from man. "O mankind! We created you from a single (pair) of a male and a female, and made you into nations and tribes, that ye may know each other (not that ye may despise each other)'. Allah says that all was created in pairs, including humans. This view that woman was created from man is not supported in the Quran. it is a Christian view that needs to be discarded as it belittles our daughters, sisters and mothers, thus retards the umah. It actually read that Allah created one soul and from it either its mate or her mate. When did pronoun 'ha' become 'his' mate.
