As much as I agree, I think it's creepier without any voice from the game at all.

It happens to me 5 times wtf if you get shot in the face and some ads pops up in exact frame XD

Basic Dealer AI is if have no items or anything it coin flip if he shot you or himself. Also Dealer is place to use the items as soon as possable but will not use the same items. Basic use a cigar if he get nothing frome it.

yeah - he gets all messed up after being shot for the first time, but the different smile and rounded face is how he looks by default

Itemless makes this so much harder because it's just pure RNG, so you just have to constantly try and try and try until you get lucky, which unless you have time to waste doing that, just makes the game frustrating

From what I know about dealer code... never let him get to the last shell if it’s a live. He will shoot you.
