if you take a chemical which delibratly disrupts your brains chemistry in ways that is detrimental to judgement perception and risk taking then yes it is a risk. when it comes to complicated action requiring focus and dexterity like the endless vairied road conditions envolved with stearing a automobile. it is not baseless at scientific level.
