You know this game is taking A LOT of inspiration from previous mascot horror games like "Poppy Playtime", "Fnaf" and "BATIM", but the big difference between this and those other games is the setting actually made A LOT more sense. The setting for "Poppy Playtime" and "Fnaf" could pass for a real (albeit incredibly hazardous) toy factory and children's pizzeria respectively. The setting for "BATIM" doesn't look like an efficient place to make cartoons in, but you could chalk all its weirdness up to supernatural Hocus Pocus...THIS game's setting would only make sense if the Umbrella corporation were somehow involved.

@@Kaiff2 If your game is able to be beat in two hours, especially 100%, you shouldn't be complaining about refunds. They average gamer wants a game that will last 15-20 hours of engaging content. Simply didn't make enough game to justify the 15$ price tag. You should strive for a game to be worth at most 1$/h.

ill never forget watching a streamer play this game by defending it agasint all the people mocking it only to slowly begin to despise the entire game by the end realzing everyone who was mad was right to the point they backtracked and tried to claim they just said "eath threats were uncalled for".

@@Kaiff2 the craziest part is when you hear how many polygons they have in EVERYTHING. the CONTROLLER alone has more polygons then any PS game put next to it. now imagine all the characters then ALL THE ASSETS many flipped with way more polygons then they should. so thats why you were getting those really bad stutters threwout the game as well.

For those who don’t know, “It Steals” is a small indie horror game that flips the trope of you hiding from a monster completely on its head, with the monster hiding from you in order to attack. I don’t want to spoil too much about the game in case none of you have played it(or in case Kaiffy plays it) but it’s pretty small and it’s VERY TERRIFYING!!! Highly recommend playing.

Good luck Kaif, you’ll hate your decisions in life after playing this

Yep it is literally a fever dream I can not think of anything else, it can be even classified as a shower thought aswell

I don't know if I was the only one to realize but it's quite cool that Kaifs room has color changing lights to change with the color of the room in the game (or its just a big big coincidence and everytime I look there it just matches)

I bet chapter 3 will have waiting minigame just so you can't refund it. Or make room full of buttons for the drone to hit. If the developer has any damn common sense, they will scrap the damn thing instead of malding because people dare get refunds for a scam

Eh, the game has its moments but lets be real, it’s been a pretty mid game so far. At least with FNAF and Poppy you can see the devs put their love into the game. Banban is so bland it feels like a parody game at times.

There is not a lick of love in the game if it has a merch button and a full on merch store when banban 1 first launched

one thing i'd like to point out is models in the game use world space shader, that's why those moving platforms have sliding textures

Y'know, the worst part is that there are some actually decent moments in these games. Like, some of the environments really are genuinely disconcerting (Note : 'Some' means like two but still) and not *all* the scares and spooks are, well, utterly horrible. They could've probably made a half decent enough game without, um, everything Banban.

I feel like the game is too clean, when devs give their games these really clean textures with not a lot of clutter and objects (unlike Poppy Playtime) it just doesn’t look good, sort of underdeveloped. I hope more devs stop doing it and become adventurous with their art style like Bendy and the Ink Machine, Borderlands, and especially Inscription. If you watched the Blackthornprod centipede horror episode then you’ll know what I’m talking about

This game looks like any generic steam greenlight cash grab. I don't get why horror games are trying to be kid friendly, We already have youtube killing people revenue for being a lil too spicy. Fnaf was an interesting concept but it overstayed its welcome, poppy playtime looked like it might have potential but it crashed and burn any of it fast. Man how are rpg maker game more scary than anything popular, i remember witch house being creepy , Ib wasnt the scariest but still felt unique. Fear and hunger is another good exemple of horror and dread.
