I love the choice to turn the emerald cut diamond on its side for this ring because it makes me think of the shape of many of the stadiums for the Eras tour! And the little heart detail is so subtle and so perfect 🤍

I love the ring-but wouldn’t have made it with 18K Gold- just too soft. But LOVE it. The stone is magnificent as is the design.

I adore horizontal settings, this is magnificent. As for the little heart - I might have done it a little differently. I think I would have made the heart in ruby (Red) and I think I would have placed it on the inside of the band - a secret just for Taylor, and whoever she chooses to share it with.

My thoughts exactly! As a side note lab grown maisonettes are a lot more common so also a great option. Maisonette had better fire (scattering of rainbow light) then diamonds do, so in my mind they're prettier. Only slightly less hard, but not enough that you'd realistically notice

These videos make me want to be a goldsmith, but I’m allergic to gold. Hence, I will be a clockmaker and live vicariously through your videos.

Is that the one that was lost and returned? I saw an article about it! I never realized you're within hours of where I live. This ring is beautiful and the process was interesting. It's amazing to see how the tech has evolved since I was taught to silversmith back in the day.

The heart add has my heart! I LOVE little adds like that! While im not a swifty per se I can also see how this would be a neat add for someone so public to have a little out of sight something just for the two of them.

I LOVE emerald cut stones. I have a 2.5 ct emerald cut emerald as the main stone in my engagement ring and it is stunning.

If I had to do it over again, I would have a lab grown diamond or a Moissanite. They weren't around when I got married.

I really like the idea of lab grown diamonds- you can get pretty much exactly what you want, it’s more affordable, and it’s more ethically sourced.

If I had money to burn I would give you a call !! You are a Genuine Artist !! I finally came across a KZreadr that is NOT boring !! So Educational & I got excited of the end results too !! Love presenting the Emerald Cut Diamond Sideways too!! looks more Comfortable & realistic as well !! The diamond dont look fake !! My daughter is a Biochemist & confirmed exactly what you stated the Lab Grown Diamonds are the same as the Mine Grown Diamonds !! God bless all the viewers !!

Thank you! I use Matrix Gold by Gemvision. It's kind of expensive software but by far the best "jewelry focused" software available

I have had my nose presses on jewelry store windows since I was 7 years old. So for 70 years I have been in love with diamonds of every shape, color, settings all of them. This ring is perfect in every way. Well done! Someone is going to be very happy and proud to wear that. I wish it were me but my days are passed for that.

You don’t get the same sparkle from an Emerald cut, but there is nothing more that says absolute class than the Emerald cut diamond. I inherited a 3 carat Emerald cut in platinum, stunning

When I was in university geology class (I got my degree in environmental science), I remember my professor going on a rant when asked "But natural diamond are better for the environment because they don't have all 'those chemicals', right? (to this day, I have no idea what "those chemicals" would be). To sum up my professors rant, natural diamonds are cheaper, much better for the environment, and are guaranteed to be slave-labor free. He concluded the rant with "The only reason to buy natural diamonds is if you fall for the Diamond Cartel's lies about natural diamonds"

I really liked this ring - all of it…my ring is a round brilliant stone but I’m gaining an appreciation for the emerald cut. If this ring was being made for me, I’d probably choose to have a smaller heart diamond set in so that one side wouldn’t have to be different than the other. Beautiful work.

What a thumbnail! Hahahah! Make sure you get credit if you do. Unlike the Taylor bestie Keleigh, who said she "made" the opal ring for Taylor. She actually (possibly) was involved in the design. Designers that aren't jewelers - like you - are designers only. It's so good to be both, isn't it? So far, it's been next to impossible to find out who the actual maker of that opal ring is. I'm sure it's all part of the hoopla. Love your design AND make! 👏

Loved the video. I also am a jeweler and use the lost wax method with vacuum casting. At one time, I also had white cats.

It's a very modern take on a classic. The peach coloured heart is a nice touch 🍑 I wondered if she would do the Audrey Hepburn thing; get 3 rings, but then I thought those must have been the actual wedding bands, not the engagement ring itself.

Funny enough I actually went through a design iteration where I had a heart on both sides. At the end of the day I ended up loving the single heart and taper more, even though I had to set aside my love for perfect symmetry.

I just been watched your videos all today and I absolutely love your work. It’s inspiring to help me move forward with creating my own gem and mineral buisness. I would also love to design jewelry; but I unfortunately don’t have the skill of creating jewelry physically as my pieces weren’t great at all when I took a class for jewelry making in high school. What would be cool tho is to do a collaboration with you if you’d ever be interested where I facet a gemstone that you could design a piece of jewelry for to sell and or whatever you want to do😊
