    I like feta cheese from France. Real feta cheese is never made from cow's milk. It's sheep or goat.

    Parmigiano reggiano is the most superior cheese. I think you agree, considering what you said in this post, but it was a subtle approval of Parmigiano Reggiano. I eat the authentic stuff everyday...

    I eat goat cheese every morning with my Ezekiel toast. Put some raw grated garlic on top. It’s so good with my coffee ☕️

    I did a test where I ate Ezekiel bread for breakfast for a week. My joints hurt so bad at the end of the week... I could barely move without excruciating pain. I wouldn't suggest Ezekiel bread at all for people who are wanting to reduce or eliminate lectins from their diet.

    The reason why a lot of the dry powdered cheeses cause stomach discomfort is because it contains raw flour as a filler. Also, parmesan was meant to be enjoyed in very sparingly, low quantities, as a garnish. It's rarely the star of the dish. In that case, it's perfectly fine to eat.

    ofc not. Feta can be produced only in Greece. Bulgaria is not allowed to make Feta or name it Feta. Best Feta is from Peloponnes, Greece and for sure not from Bulgaria

    I have an instant reaction to cow dairy products. Although I love them, it's like an itchy, histamine-esque response followed by some stomach upset. I'll have to try buffalo, goat, etc cheeses soon. And see if there's a difference.

    Goat also has Mct oil, same Coconut. Which other food items contains Mct oil? I have lactose intollerance but I have noticed that Buffalo mozzarella ( A2 casein) does not trigger the bloating and chronic diarreah. Is this the reason ?

    I want to gain weight! Eating healthy cheese, but you said these cheese burn fat. I uave a fast metabolism and can't eat as much as i used to due to funds and stress. Whats the best foods to eat for a weight gaining diet?? I'm not a fan of the whey protein. The shakes are nasty. Period

    I’m skeptical of goat cheese. Or cheeses? Anyway I’ve tried a couple goat cheeses (live near a lot of ‘cheesy people’ in Vermont) and it tasted tallowy and had an unpleasant residual aftertaste and mouthfeel to me.

    Goat cheese is delicious and good for you. You can crumble it over your salad. I put it on my toast with some raw garlic. The taste is so mild and smooth i can’t see how someone wouldn’t like it.

    Lot of stores sell imported cheeses like Trader Joes, Whole Foods, even regular supermarkets. Just read the label to see if it says imported from France. I like the Trader Joe’s one. Their prices are good too.

    Why is your gut sensitive to food in the first place. Probably because your diet js too low in glutamine, cysteine and glycine.

    Pecorino is not even close to parmigiano, is much saltier and much sharper..
