The Real Meaning of E=mc²
You probably think of mass as something you can measure with scales. Your clothes, your watch, your pet, your phone - all of this resembles mass to you. When you think of energy, you likely visualize something abstract, something you cannot touch, like lightning, a beam of light, or battery power.
So how could you possibly connect the two?
The bridge connecting mass and energy is E=mc².

I mean, the niche this channel is trying to fill is basically already filled by Kurzgesagt, and the videos are already similar. They need to find a sub-niche or separate themselves from the similarities, otherwise they'll keep being seen as the knockoff of Kurzgesagt unfortunately. I do like how much shorter the videos are though.

@@jasonkelley6185 Yes! They don't have animation & design identity, they just copy Kurzgesagt but very very poorly. The quality is a bit better than the something like "the infographic show" channel, and they target same market/viewers. If this channel was a tech brand it would be xiaomi.

yea, I don't see why this channel couldn't compete with similar channels like Kurzgesagt, coz it's not like you have to pay to watch and sub to both.. though I think this channel needs more contents to increase the subscribers count

I am a Spanish speaker and the truth is that this type of video is almost not found in Spanish. Currently there are very few English channels that are dedicated to dubbing their content into Spanish and those that do generally end up with the support of this specific audience. If you want to have fast and secure growth, you already know what strategy to use.

Not if he keeps getting things wrong. Perception seems to be about 90% fact and 10% misconception purported as fact. Take 3:15 for example; it takes four hydrogen to make each helium atom, not two.

@@context880 Thanks for pointing that out. I'm sure every KZreadr makes some errors here and there, especially when starting out as one might not have the resources to fact check the entire script before the video is made. I want to know is it really a 10% rate of error or is that a rough estimate?.. I think you should do fact check on all their videos and see how accurate they actually are.

@@context880 @Context Lol offended? I'm not offended at all. I'm actually curious about how many errors this channel and others actually make, I mean it would be cool to have a website that actually rates educational youtube channels based on accuracy of information. Kind of like a mix between imdb and snopes but for youtube. I'm not good at chemistry so I wouldn't even be able to tell he was making an error there. But since you said it's 90% fact I wanted to know if that is based on a true count of all facts presented or not. Because if this video has 10% of misconceptions purported as fact, that means 1 in 10 facts are wrong, which is pretty high. Knowing how reliable or accurate that 10% estimate actually means a lot. That's why we have confidence intervals in statistics.
My one issues with this is that the bullet traveling through the air still has the powder casing on it. haha

Great video - thanks! I am super happy to have found your channel - the videos you create are concise, informative and really well-made (The JWST one is just fabulous)! I hope you will grow exponentially, because, as many before me said, it is truly deserved. If I might make a small suggestion: It would be great if you could maybe consider creating another version of your logo (for intro/outro) in darker colours, because it can be painful to watch it in darker conditions. It's really a minor thing, but maybe you could give it a thought :) Also I have a small doubt concerning this video - shouldn't the units at 2:37 be MPH^2 rather than MPH? (or you could omit them altogether) Anyway - thank you again for your content and keep up the great work!

2:40 it should be M^2PH^2 (miles squared per hour squared) because square a speed square it’s unit.
Could there be a geometrical aspect to Einstein’s equation, E=MC² energy equals mass times the speed of light squared? The C squared can represent light radiating out in every direction forming a sphere 4πr². We have square the radius r² of the sphere because the process is relative to the spherical surface. The interior of the sphere is naturally three-dimensional forming the three dimensions of our everyday life. If we place the Lorentz contraction ˠ of space and time ∆E ∆t ≥ h/2π between the energy ∆E and mass ∆M we link time within the process. The surface of the sphere can form a boundary condition or manifold for the process of energy exchange that forms our ever-changing world. We measure this process as a ‘period of time’ with the atoms of the periodic table being standing waves in time. The spontaneous absorption and emission of light photon ∆E=hf energy is forming potential photon energy into the kinetic energy of electrons. Kinetic Eₖ=½mv² energy is the energy of what is actually happening. An uncertain ∆×∆pᵪ≥h/4π probabilistic future is continuously coming into existence with the exchange of photon energy.
Can you do a video about why the electromagnetic spectrum i.e. light, is named for electromagnetism? Where are magnets and light connected?
1. Einstein asked: “Does the inertia of a body depend on the energy content in it?” and answered that the inertial motion of quantum particles (such as light quanta - photons), depends on E=mc^2. Even light quanta with a constant and direct speed (c) require energy E=mc^2 to move. 2. Einstein's E=mc^2 was corrected by Dirac as E=±MC².
Excellent narration and very well explained. My question to you is why C squared? Why is it C and why is it squared? Thank you,

kinetic energy is reciprocal. c is constant, as is mass in its rest frame

Very cool...
I enjoy your videos but please organize your source documents so that it can be analyzed easily
C2 in E=MC2 is c=1 (1×1=1) C2=1 as in 1 speed of light units.
Are you both the animator and the narrator?
Nailed it 😎
Or in laymans terms, energy creates mass at the frequency you vibrate, the energy used is equal to the mass it manifests into. Positive energy creates good things and negative engery creates bad things.
Great video, though raises many questions. For example what makes mass so fundamental? Surely attractive forces and types of atoms and types of structures should impact the energy as we see in observations? For example every material is different, so the energy extractable from 1kg of water would be less than from 1kg of uranium. Surely there is some dependence on type of atomic structure and strength of bonding of the particles. I know Einstein was a genius so must be right but it makes no sense ! Think about the particles bonds, there are so many different structures, the energies can't simply be down to just mass. But force of bonding does not come into the equation at all. Why not ? To release energy from a mass you need to break down the bonds. I would get it if energy was a function of the fundamental forces holding particles together and c but only mass ?
This is excellent content, however, a bullet that has been fired won't have its casing on it. Might I suggest if you do an edit somewhere down the line, an arrow, and an arrow that has been fired?

or a bullet without it's casing
The first 20 seconds of the video is not correct and misleading. The stationary and the traveling bullet have the same mass. The formula E=mc^2 is used for stationary objects. The full formula is E=γmc^2 where γ is the Lorentz factor (even this is not the most complete version of the formula). Lorentz factor is 1 for stationary objects, thus you get E=mc^2. When the bullet is traveling, its energy increases, but the mass remains the same. The lorentz factor is what describes how much the energy of the bullet increases when it is traveling. I mean, you even describe in the video that WE are also moving through space even when we think we are stationary, because the earth is orbiting the sun, and the sun is orbiting the milky way's central black hole. That would mean any change in velocity during the earth and the suns orbit would result in a change in mass for you and me, and everything else! Anybody interested in a more detailed explanation can watch this: kzread.info/dash/bejne/l4N3rbCBYN3HmNI.html
Who is behind this channel? Surely somebody has to be funding this
Why does the bullet still have the casing after it was shot?
Math is not physics. Mass is a property of matter and energy. This equation is just the conversion factor which gives the mass of a quantity of energy. A property is not the equivalent of the thing of which it is a property. Redness is not equivalent to an apple. Mass is always conserved.
E = mc2 comes in two parts. If we admit that a body has a rest energy of mc2, then we can put together a well-defined energy-momentum 4-vector which transforms consistently under a Lorentz transformation. It does not follow from this that the rest energy is anything but a formal device to get a 4-vector. However there are physical processes such as radioactivity and sunshine which are obviously much more energetic than any chemical process. We can then guess that there exist processes where even the rest energy is converted into other forms such as electromagnetic radiation which correspond to a more traditional view of energy. We can now do experiments which duplicate processes in the Sun, and it becomes steadily more evident that the conversion of rest mass into traditional energy is a fact.

In fact, if convert the entire sun’s mass into energy, that amount of energy is equivalent to a gamma ray burst!
The simplest equation and the hardest to fully understand. Mr. X
Our physics teacher always told us that people mistake mass for weight while two are very different
I have the feeling tous Channel os about to explode, mark my words
So my energy is dependent upon the mass of my body and the differential between the two observed states of rest and motion, as observed by the speed of light.
For such a great video, it was ruined by the bullet animation being totally incorrect
If the speed of light is constant at 300,000,000m/s, how does it make sense to have a square of it. Doesn't it mean realistically it's impossible to convert mass/ rest energy to its full total energy amount.
Awesome videos, low views for the great quality of content!
I knew we were all energy beings👁🧿
0:00 to 0:20 is totally wrong Mass stays the same because it’s invariant under a change of frame of reference. Unless, you specify what “mass” are you talking about. If relativistic mass then it’s ok but the rest of the video incorrect. If we agree on a inertial mass then the rest of the video is correct but the first 20 second is wrong.
At 2min 43 sek in the video it tries to impress the watcher that 448 900 000 000 000 000 m/h is a "huge number", (not to mention it beeing squared). Try to look at the number relatively. If one "new" mile would be 448 900 000 000 000 000 "old" miles, then the speed of light would be 1 new mile/hour, and squared it would still be 1 (one). Thus E=m*1 which makes the "c squared " superfluous. The video should reveal "The Real Meaning of E=mc2" . I still don´t understand. And that goes for the rest of all KZread- clips which has the same ambition. KZread- commentators, explain it!
Quality content. But slow down your narration and use simpler words.
👏
the secrets of E=MC² equation!
2 questions: 1) why do your videos look like the videos from kurzgesagt? 2) do you need editors?
If you discover how to convert matter to energy. Can you reverse the energy back to it’s original form of that matter.
bullet is that grey thing on the end of the projectile
Title of Einstein's 1905 L≈∆mc² paper: _Does the INERTIA of a body depend_ _on its ENERGY content?_ -He refers here to INERTIA (∆m), NOT "MASS" (m)‼️
Remember light us the only pure and literally energy, rest energies are from gravity, momentum, force, accle and praticles vibration and movement.
