Japanese copied any thing, including spoken and written languages, from China for at least thousands of years. They are not shy and China did not censored them. For the last thirty or forty years, they expended the food business to Singapore, and the so called Japanese kanji there had dropped some strokes or reversed the order. So to made them look like not Chinese, very silly. For example, they changed the waterboiled jiaozi 饺子to gyoza.Etc.

You are very high-quality tourists who describe the details of your trip with objective evaluations. You are tolerant and respectful of foreign cultures. You are polite and kind, making people feel comfortable and respected. If you plan to continue to visit other cities in China, you can go to Xinjiang, China.

2:32 The cube is called *Sachima* in English (Chinese Soft Flour Cake). Sachima (or saqima) 馬仔 is a traditional Chinese egg pasty, which basically is made from fried egg noodles, and then mixed in syrup. It originated in Northeast China and eventually became a popular cake in Beijing. The flavors and texture might differ from different regions, as people modify the syrup and add unique ingredients. But we all love its fluffy texture and strong aromatic flavor from deep-frying the noodles. You can look up recipes to make it yourself, even if you are in the U.S.

I am a Chinese who has lived in Germany for more than ten years. I really like this couple's travel videos recently. In fact, I found a very good evidence that they are not used or hired by the Chinese government. There are several videos about Chinese food in their videos. But these restaurants look ordinary, small restaurants or stands on the street, and they cannot represent high level Chinese cuisine. But they enjoy these ordinary foods. If they were really hired by the Chinese government, the Chinese food they filmed should be in luxurious and high-end Restaurants. Have a good travel in Guangdong. Wünsche euch eine wunderschöne Reise in Südchina. Übrigens komme ursprünglich aus Nordchina heißt Dalian, also herzlich willkommen auch in Dalian. Liebe Grüße aus Deutschland 👋

The method is to fry the noodles, mix them with sugar, and then cut them into small pieces. As a native, I would show you the timetable to go to restaurants. From 6am: Breastfast(Morning tea), 11am-2pm: Lunch, 2pm-5pm: High tea, 6pm-9pm: Dinner, 10pm-2am: Late night dinner (usually barbecue, beer, seafood etc). Enjoy in Guangzhou!

11:03 Yes. Chicken feet is worth trying. People worry about eating skin that is dirty, the skin is actually peeled off otherwise you'd be eating scales. So it's clean. You basically eat the collagen with is cooked three different ways, braised, fried and steamed for optimum texture and flavor. Gently spit out any bones. It's a fun texture exercise for your mouth and muscles. You need to try it once in your lifetime. Common at DIM SUM. Which you MUST try in Guangzhou.

The cooking methods of Beijing roast duck and Cantonese roast duck are very different. Before roasting Peking duck, the duck meat does not need to be processed too much. There is no need to add seasonings in advance. Generally, it is just dipping on the surface. Although the skin of Peking duck is crispy and delicious, the duck meat inside is not very tasty. Before making Cantonese roast duck, a lot of seasonings are added and marinated for a period of time, so that the duck meat will be more tender and taste better. Compared with Beijing roast duck, Guangdong roast duck is more affordable and more friendly to the people. I highly recommend you try this authentic Cantonese food.

@@GuangzhouLevaPackagingEquipmen They probably want to experience the roadside stalls first, which may be the "most authentic" Chinese food, but in fact, I rarely eat roadside stalls. I hope they can also taste some authentic, delicious and exclusive local cuisine in the future

Thanks for their most authentic description of China ❤️
Wow🎉
I really love your videos and perspectives! I've watched them all. But many street foods are similar in many cities, so I hope you can try some authentic local specialties. I also hope to see your feedback on some classic tourist attractions in China, such as Sichuan and Jiuzhaigou, Leshan Giant Buddha, and Chen Clan Academy of Hui in Guangzhou, so that you can fully experience China's natural and cultural beauty.
I like your video and glad that u like Chinese food. U guys are funny and happy person.
So cool that you guys are checking out all the street food. The spices can add so many flavors but I, just like the two of you, can sometimes feel overwhelmed. Enjoy yourselves, lovely couple!
Nice video!! ❤❤I've been worked in Guangzhou last year, dim sum there is really delicious and various. I like to eat steamed chicken feet(蒸凤爪) and shrimp dumplin(虾饺). If you want to try chicken feet, I promise that steamed chicken feet would be nice to try. 🎉❤❤❤
Hi I saw your video on Chinese video APP, love you guys so much! And welcome to Nanjing City, where was several dynasties’ capital in Chinese history. You will see some old walls and buildings in this city, also hope you will visit Memorial Hall for the Victims of the Nanjing Massacre. You know in Chinese history, we experience much sufferings, we dont want to forget history. So the Hall is a really memorable place and It will shock you. It will touch your hearts❤
one Chinese tradition pastry store called “稻香村” sell the best 沙琪玛(shaqima), I think. you may see this store in many big cities in China, which is from Beijing.😊
support you guys
top ten!😀
As a Chinese who live in Canada rn, I am literally jealous watching you guys having those foods… Wanna have them soooooo bad😢 And btw the “cake” Luke liked in the video is called Sha Qi Ma(沙琪玛) , which is one of my comfort foods during exam times as well😂
I've never been to Guangzhou. It is so enjoyable watching the two of you exploring there.
Oh woah first time haha
Hope you two will open a restaurant someday in your homeplace based on what you experienced in China. I can see you two have the talent
燒鴨髀。加上一杯冰凍嘅可口可樂。冇得頂。
I'm looking forward to seeing you in Kunming. I want to take you to eat all kinds of rice noodles, as well as the most special wild mushrooms
You should try the traditional breakfast (早茶) in Guangzhou.
Wow, the bakery is so delicious, 沙琪玛rice cake; 麻团sesame ball, are my favorite snacks. You are awesome and funny travelers. She said 慢走,hard to translate directly, it means -be well, duck brings you luck. If you visit Beijing 北京,you must try Peking Duck 北京鸭,鸭=甲+鸟,duck is a top bird, can walk, swim, and fly

Please don’t try to translate any Chinese food culture to English directly. Use pingyin just like how the Japanese try to appeal their culture by only use katagana
wow~~ You guys will be hard to stay in shape!

since you are in guangzhou, you should try roast goose, which is a local delicacy that's hard to find outside of canton province. it's way better than chicken.
Luck and Naomi, try the roast duck(烧鸭), roast chicken(盐焗鸡) or soft boiled chicken(白切鸡,two are different), roast goose(烧鹅) and roast pigeon(乳鸽) in the restaurant. the last one is super yummy.😀😀😀, you may not find them all from the street food or the street food aren't traditional taste.

Exactly
8:15 The shop with the yellow sign is upstairs. It is a Chaoshan hotpot restaurant that serves beef. It is very authentic and delicious.
I'm anxious haha, because you always eat street food. But the soul of Chinese food is cooked by chefs in some restaurants, with very complex techniques and superb taste. In addition, Guangzhou's morning tea culture is very famous and worth experiencing. I wish you a pleasant journey!
Watching your videos always makes me smile spontaneously. Thanks for the happiness you are bringing to us.❤❤❤
那个煎饼果子应该尝试一下😊
