Islam is simply about stop worshipping the creations and worship only the creator. The arabic name for the creator is Allah. Allah is not muslim God but simply the name for the creator of all that exists. To God, you can attach God father, God mother, God son etc in english grammar. But nothing can be added to the word Allah in arabic. So muslims call the God with the name Allah. Muslim means one who submits his will to the one creator of all that exists. Just close your eyes and think who made your dress you are wearing now. You will laugh if I say that dress came on its own. If a simple dress cannot come on its own, how can you and your body come on its own. Somebody must have made you because you are several million times more sophisticated in design than your dress. The one who made you, me and all that exists is God and he alone deserves to be worshipped. A bus cannot have 2 drivers and a country cannot have 2 presidents. So, the world and the universe cannot have more than one God. This one God is alone worthy of worship. There are only 2 things. One is the creator and the rest are creations. Islam says to worship only the creator and never the creations. God sent several messengers from the beginning of the first generation and to all the generations to tell this monotheism fact , the purpose of life, that this life is a test and all human beings will be questioned on the day of judgement, then to paradise and hell fire. The messengers start with Adam, and includes Noah, Abraham, Moses, David, Solomon, many others, Jesus and finally Muhammad. The final testament is Quran and the final messenger is Muhammad. Please read the english translation of the Quran and you all will know what I am talking about.

Quran (8:12) - "(Remember) when your Lord inspired the angels... "I will cast terror into the hearts of those who disbelieve. Therefore strike off their heads and strike off every fingertip of them" No reasonable person would interpret this to mean a spiritual struggle, given that it both followed and preceded confrontations in which non-Muslims were killed by Muslims. The targets of violence are "those who disbelieve" - further defined in the next verse (13) as those who "defy and disobey Allah." Nothing is said about self-defense. In fact, the verses in sura 8 were narrated shortly after a battle provoked by Muhammad, who had been trying to attack a lightly-armed caravan to steal goods belonging to other people.

Despite this, Muhammad sent his men on seven unsuccessful raids against Meccan caravans before finally finding one - whereupon they murdered the driver and plundered the contents. This particular caravan was especially vulnerable because the attack came during the holy months, when the merchants were least expecting it due to the generally agreed upon rule that the tribes of the area would not attack each other during that time: [A Muslim raider] who had shaved his head, looked down on them [the Meccan caravan], and when they saw him they felt safe and said, "They are pilgrims, you have nothing to fear from them." (Ibn Ishaq/Hisham 424, Ibn Kathir V.2 p.242) The shaved head caused the Muslims to look like pilgrims rather than raiders, which instilled a false sense of security in the drivers. However, Islam was a different sort of religion from what the Meccans were used to: [The Muslim raiders] encouraged each other, and decided to kill as many as they could of them and take what they had. Waqid shot Amr bin al-Hadrami with an arrow and killed him... (Ibn Ishaq/Hisham 425; see also Ibn Kathir V.2 p.243) According to Ibn Kathir, the Muslims living in Mecca did not dispute that their brethren in Medina had killed, captured and stolen from the Quraish, but they were reluctant to accept that this had occurred during the sacred months: The Quraysh said that Muhammad and his Companions violated the sanctity of the Sacred Month and shed blood, confiscated property and took prisoners during it. Those who refuted them among the Muslims who remained in Makkah replied that the Muslims had done that during the month of Sha`ban (which is not a sacred month). (Ibn Kathir) Faced with losing face by admitting his error, Muhammad went into his hut and emerged with a convenient and timely revelation "from Allah" that provided retroactive permission for the raid (and, of course sanctioned the stolen possessions for his own use): They ask you concerning the sacred month about fighting in it. Say: Fighting in it is a grave matter, and hindering (men) from Allah's way and denying Him, and (hindering men from) the Sacred Mosque and turning its people out of it, are still graver with Allah, and persecution is graver than slaughter (Quran 2:217) Notice that the Quran does not say that the Meccan Quraish were guilty of killing Muslims, only that they were "persecuting" them by preventing them from the 'sacred mosque' (the Kaaba). The killing of the Meccan driver by the Muslims was the first deadly encounter between the two adversaries.

Origins686720 there are different translations of the quran in different languages but the Qur'an is only one and is in its original language which is Arabic and translations are Qur'an but interpretation of people trying to explain the Qur'an. Hope that helps

A brilliantly made high quality video with awesome graphics and a beautiful eloquent host. The content however is pure unadulterated bull hockey. Some muslims it seems are not averse to distorting the words and meaning of Muhammad's recitation. Lies, Lies, Lies. The first lie I would like to point out is made at 0:46 seconds. I quote.."The author of the book gives us the total freedom to either believe or disbelieve in what he wrote.." Here is what Muhammad said.. 9.5-6: "Kill those who join other gods with Allah wherever you may find them." 9:29: "Fight those who do not believe in Allah or the Last Day and who do not consider unlawful what Allah and his messenger have made unlawful and who do not adopt the religion of truth from those who were given the scripture, until they give the jizyah tax willingly while they are humiliated." 8:12: "I will instill terror into the hearts of the unbelievers, strike their above their necks then, and strike off from them every fingertip." 47:4: "So when you meet those who disbelieve, strike the necks until when you have inflicted slaughter upon them, then bind them firmly.." Now if you believe as our host says in the video, and by the way she is obviously not a muslim and so was being paid to speak those lies, if you believe that Muhammad was giving his hearers freedom to believe or not believe, you should not fail to add that if you failed to believe, he and his followers would cut your head off. The next lie that I want to point out is the one concerning surah 86:11-12: "By the heavens (or sky) which RETURNS. By the earth which cracks." Now whoever wrote the monologue for the speaker mistranslates the Arabic word, a proper noun, meaning "the return" to make it into a verb claiming that it means "bounce" The writer states that the verse says the heavens or sky bounces. That is not what the verse says in the Arabic. Every English translation translates the word as "return". The word is also used in the same surah 86: 8. Does the writer also claim the word there means bounce? The word is also used in surah 50:3. Does it mean bounce there? Again the word is used in 96:8 "Indeed, to your Lord is THE RETURN." Should that verse read to your Lord is the bounce? That should suffice to clearly show that although the video is professionally made, the content is bull hockey. It is dishonest and a distortion of what muhammad said and did. Shame on the muslims who wrote these lies. As they say if you put lipstick on a pig, it is still a pig.

Search but be courageous or show some guts when you face the truth...don't be like Hippocrates when they face the truth they run away....I believe allah will show you the truth if you are truthfull (2:23) If you are in any doubt whether it is We Who have revealed this Book to Our servant, then produce just a surah like it, and call all your supporters and seek in it the support of all others save Allah. Accomplish this if you are truthful.24 (2:24) But if you fail to do this - and you will most certainly fail - then have fear of the Fire whose fuel is men and stones25 and which has been prepared for those who deny the Truth

@sameer reddy Coming to your argument of scientific errors. Its very crucial you dont make statements that you have no knowledge on. Let me share this with you. If you use science into the Quran, what we come to know is that, whatever the Quran has said, today 80% can be proved to be 100% correct scientifically. Quran speaks about various scientific facts which we came to know recently. Talks about Astronomy, Speaks about spherical nature of the earth, speaks about big bang, speaks about light of the moon which is not its own light but reflected, speaks about watercycle, speaks about biology, speaks about botany, speaks about zoology, speaks about embryology and many more things. Now today its the age of science and technology, if we put the test of science into the Quran, what we come to know 80% whatever the Quran has said is 100% perfectly correct. The remaining 20% is ambiguous. Neither right or wrong. Out of 20% not even 0.01% has been proved to be wrong for a scientific fact. It is ambiguous. So my logic sense says when 80% is 100% correct and not even 0.01% of the 20% is proved wrong, by the will of God even that 20% will be correct. Basically science hasn't reached up to a sophisticated level in order to prove the remaining 20% facts mentioned from Quran. Maybe it will prove after 10 or 50 years later, but for now, it cannot. This a simple logical understanding which requires basic math's in order to use your common sense. Wish you all the best, have a good one! :)

Just search up for muslim scientists. And please, dont be this hostile towards this religion. You are not harming it, nor the muslims, just representing a bad image of yourself. @@meraa3542 Were already living in jungles, yours has concrete. Current Muslims believe in THEIR version/concept of the previous scriptures which doesn't exist and never has. There is zero evidence the Torah and the Bible is distorted at least from the perspective of the person receiving revelations in the 7th century. You'd have to prove corruption after this period which is impossible because we have bibles from before that period that are intact and word for word what we have today. So whether it's corrupted or not is irrelevant because we go with what's in the Quran, right?

@@xiy9222 The religious folk will argue that "days" in God terms are actually billions of years. Problem here is that the same word is used for normal days.

I must say after reading some religion Islam seem to be most logical, evidence based and truthful than any other. In the end it came down to the three abrahamic religions. Islam seems to be the most complete.

My brother keep practising who said it's easy ? As a Muslim you better need better yourself day by day so that in few months few years or 39 years is all up to you there is no Muslim that is perfect except our beloved Prophet Mohammed peace be upon him. Don't be saying stuff that is fixable errors we all can achieve and by doing that becoming a Muslim all possibilities are infitie. My brother I know my mistakes and my goodness that I do but it's not up to us to recognise that. I am bettering myself and understand a lot as I always was silent kid and always kind to nature and people and to sky since I was small. I believe I have been blessed and everyday I am getting wiser because I choose to myself under not above any humanbieng... I can go on about my story but it's not about that. It's about you need to have a open mind don't be saying it's hard and there are not many Muslim that are actual Muslims. My brother this words not the way. Onces you be clear inside am sure you will find a way where it will be easy for you.

Dr. Alchemy - Psalms 89:34 "34 My covenant I will not break, Nor alter the word that has gone out of My lips." YHWH does not break His covenant. YHWH does not abrogate His word. The Qur'an is 100% opposite the bible. Psalms 147:19-20 "19 He declares His word to Jacob, His statutes and His judgments to Israel. 20 He has not dealt thus with any nation; And as for His judgments, they have not known them. Praise the Lord!" Jacob is another title for Israel based on Genesis 32 and Genesis 35. Was Muhammad a Jew? No Was Muhammad an Israelite? No Then Muhammad was a false prophet which makes the Qur'an 100% false which makes Islam false.

Unlike the poor video view, If we have "a true knowledge" and "a true honesty", then we can identify the Quran was written in a very poor writing style: disordered and disjointed and specially not in any normal logic so that anyone can pick up one verse to interpret it with different ways. Moreover, many Muslims ignored that all Quran claims and speculations had no artifact and no witness at all. Worse, it also exposed some naked confusions and errors.

Every word in the Quran is true and we should accept this great book with open heart.

Islam is simply about stop worshipping the creations and worship only the creator. The arabic name for the creator is Allah. Allah is not muslim God but simply the name for the creator of all that exists. To God, you can attach God father, God mother, God son etc in english grammar. But nothing can be added to the word Allah in arabic. So muslims call the God with the name Allah. Muslim means one who submits his will to the one creator of all that exists. Just close your eyes and think who made your dress you are wearing now. You will laugh if I say that dress came on its own. If a simple dress cannot come on its own, how can you and your body come on its own. Somebody must have made you because you are several million times more sophisticated in design than your dress. The one who made you, me and all that exists is God and he alone deserves to be worshipped. A bus cannot have 2 drivers and a country cannot have 2 presidents. So, the world and the universe cannot have more than one God. This one God is alone worthy of worship. There are only 2 things. One is the creator and the rest are creations. Islam says to worship only the creator and never the creations. God sent several messengers from the beginning of the first generation and to all the generations to tell this monotheism fact , the purpose of life, that this life is a test and all human beings will be questioned on the day of judgement, then to paradise and hell fire. The messengers start with Adam, and includes Noah, Abraham, Moses, David, Solomon, many others, Jesus and finally Muhammad. The final testament is Quran and the final messenger is Muhammad. Please read the english translation of the Quran and you all will know what I am talking about.

What did Allah say: Quran 71:19 [وَاللَّهُ جَعَلَ لَكُمُ الاٌّرْضَ بِسَاطاً] And Allah has made [جَعَلَ] for you the earth [الاٌّرْضَ] a carpet (بِسَاطاً bisaatan). Qur'an 20:53-16:15 Mountains put as pegs to hold flat earth (a carpet) from flying away. Qur'an 21:32 We have made the heavens as a ceiling [سَقْفاً] well guarded.

But 1400 years ago the Quran addressed ants who cannot fly in the female mode: [Quran 27.18] Until, when they came upon the valley of the ants, an ant said (for females قالت), "O ants, enter your homes so that you do not be crushed by Solomon and his soldiers while they do not feel it." For the word "said": Kala (قال) is for males. Kalat (قالت) is for females. The Quran used Kalat (female). If this ant had wings it would have flown off however it didn't have this option; instead it's only option was to hide underground. Since it didn't have wings then this was definitely a female ant. Here the Quran correctly addressed this ant in the female mode. How could an illiterate man who lived 1400 years ago have known that wingless ants are females?

lol... thats a lie.... the koran and muslims have been tryingto prove the bible wrong for centuries. in fact the koran has only come under attack recently by non islamc scholars. and it causing huge debates in many circles. as many are beginning to wonder why the koran has not been contested in the western world sooner. its simple. islam nor muslims have never been influential in the western world theologically until now. in times past the théologal world of the west was dumb and did not know much about the bible either. so muslims were confined to their own territories. hence nothing much has changed about islam since it started. now we need a réformation in islam and its teachings because it has too much stuff that is not relevant for today.

And enough is Allah as a Disposer of affairs. Any word about killling in Quran is not for us its little times in the book to read but also it is not for us its for the prophet's age because the enymies deserved that then and now adayas isis not islam and talipan not islam they has money and support from amirica to achieve some goals.. Islam is all those peaceful people around you try to speak to a good Muslim and you will know islam well And here are some of prophet mohamed speach : None of you [truly] believes until he loves for his brother that which he loves for himself. “Part of the perfection of one’s Islam is his leaving that which does not concern him.” A believer should not despise a believing woman. If he finds something in her character he dislikes, he will be pleased by something else. There are more and more just try to learn the true islam not from the media but from good Muslim... God died??? who took his soul? the angel who himself created?? come on use your intellect. The God who cannot forgive except if he dies is not worthy of worship. Our God Allah, one of his attributes is that he forgives all sins except disbelieving in him. He forgives whenever he wants and whoever he wants, Your God wasn't able to forgive until he died. Come ON. What makes you sure that he will be able to forgive you on the day of judgement??

The root words themselves have a deeper meaning then what is perceived by us. Coming from a Muslim family, I distanced myself from Islam because of the qualities of fear and many other things and got close to spirituality but I learned islam itself is spirituality in its highest form but it’s been abused to the point where we make it so materialistic But it came to my knowledge the other night that 99% of the population perceives Islam in such a closeminded way. For ex- when it says fear Allah he is the most merciful- it doesn’t mean literal fear. The root word behind it, itself. Is be aware. Be conscious . It’s written in old arabic therefor the real meaning when you put all the root words together it has a different wording. I’m not the best explainer but I’m simply just sharing my knowledge. I’d like to read the Quran from a higher self POV. Because I realized we limit ourselves by choosing what the words mean to us rather then their real meaning. I wish I could go on but I’m still learning- in my own way. And I 100% believe that’s more then okay. To perceive it how I perceive it instead of how the 99% of the population does

In the Netherlands where I live. There is one guy, who wants to ban the Quran. Geert Wilders is his name. But the Quran is so beautiful. I read it a lot of times. It is more beautiful if you know the story of the prophet. Than you know the context. I read always on my computer on the site tanzil.net. Than you have the Quran recitation and a lot of translations with you. You learn than also arabic if you read it frequently because you hear the recitation. If you know the arabic recitation it is even more beautiful.

Adeny Gamer there are some violence verses in the Quran, I like that! Let me tell you why ;) If there where no verses talking about fighting. The Muslims could not survive. There are also verses talking about peace. So the Quran order us to find the right balance. Some people are extremely violence like isis . That's wrong. Other groups are extremely peaceful, like sufis . That's also wrong. Muslims should find the right balance. Be peaceful and kind to people. But fight for you rights when it's nesesery.

It is not true, there is no such information in holy Quran, and btw the land and sea ratio don't remain the same all the time it changes with passing of time. Do you think the sea and land ratio was the same 500 years ago ? Or do you think it will remain the same even in 100 years ? And there is a verse in Quran where Allah SWT says that we are reducing the Earth from its borders, which means land ratio is declining

omar bukhary because water level keeps changing everywhere. There are even hidden islands nobody even knows about. And there are islands poeple just discovered that where covered with see. You understand now why this book (Quran) is so magnificent. Because it contains the word of the one who made the heavens and the earth and everything between them. So you will never ever find an error in it, even if you keep trying your whole life.

Holy Bible gave the size or ratio to build the ark and we still use that ratio to build ships. Bible also said that rivers were under the ocean and around 1750 it was proven. It's the orinoco flow
