Don't wonder how the owner sleeps. He's already made it very clear that he had no regard for the puppy. His actions speak louder than words. He did not even bother to answer his phone. One can only hope that he will now be condemned to have to pay for the cost of the entire treatment and possibly face some criminal charges of felony animal neglect. Of course the only thing THAT would possibly accomplish is that he would not drop a sick puppy off next time but let that poor thing rot on the side of the road somewhere (IF there is a next time - who knows?). It looks to me as though this was in Russia. Not sure how the laws work there regarding animals. It does break one's heart to see this.

Some people should nerver have pets! They are horrible people who don’t have a conscience Thanks for helping this little angel who got a better life that she deserves it wasn’t her fault she was sick!

Thank you for not giving up and saving this baby girl. Precious thing. That owner should NEVER get another pet and do jail time.

it was obvious that there was something had to do with brain area considering how her left eye looks. not normal. if she has been that way for months, i suggest you go after the owner and charge them for neglect, get the cops involved they will get to the bottom of it. thank goodness angels like you guys can help...so glad the owner will face what he/she done, i hope they will pay the cost of what it took for this baby had to go through. bless your hearts
