Aloha and thank you for your comments. I have lived on Maui for 21 years and counting. I had visited about 8 times before moving. It is easy to fall in love with Maui and I am so glad I made the leap 21 years ago.
Can you do an update video about living there now, since the fires?

How’s the traffic there I wonder. I lived in Oahu and the traffic is killer.

There has been a bit more traffic than usual at certain times of the day due to construction and it is also high season for visitors. But it is nowhere near what you would experience on Oahu... We are definitely spoiled here on Maui. Aloha and thanks for watching

Let’s say a tipical house with 3br 2 bth and 1,400sf would be roughly in the 250k area in Hawaii it would be around 900k!!!!more or less….

Housing is on the expensive side and it does create challenges for some of our residents...keep in mind it is relative to the opportunity and lifestyle

Aloha, That's great! Just so you know, marijuana is only legal in Hawaii with Eligible medical conditions so be sure to get your 329 Card!
