I feel like Mary Sue would have a pedigree pet to keep her company. I like how you’ve given Daniel another chance. I would find it interesting if they eventually became friends again. Because maybe Lilith is gone far too (bad) and they come together as a United front for their daughter- at last!!! Beautiful job 🎉

Oh damn you missed so much!!! Both Sims 2 and Sims 3 had soooooo much lore in it, it's crazy. That's why when the Sims 4 came out and it has no lore in it... it feels... empty.. The reason why people love the whole franchise is because of the crazy and twisted lore and gameplay. But then Sims 4 happen. It feels like a child game lol. All sunshine and rainbows, ew.

I have the instant desire to have Daniel and Kaylynn do well for a few years and have a couple kids but Kaylynn will be the kind of mom who is SUPER involved and he again gets neglected. So slowly they fall apart-he cheats *again* and ends up living in an apartment somewhere else while his ex wife and separated wife unexpectedly become friends.

I think Mary Sue gets a bad rap for turning Daniel down. She spent her early years being the stay at home mom. The girls are old enough that they don't need her at home all the time. So she thinks she can finally chase her dreams. She wants Daniel to do what she did. Hold down the fort. when she starts to try to go for her dreams Daniel steps out.

Also I think I might move Dustin from Del Sol to Evergreen Harbor (to that lot on this hill so he can stay in his trailer) because he gives me Portland vibes and I can see Angela wanting to move there when she graduates.

I love Lilith!!! Love the video and how you recreated them, they look so real!

When I played Sims 2, I always let Lilith and Dirk get together because in my play, I don't see Lilith as evil. Her behavior is the result of bad parenting but does not define who she truly is and having good Dirk in love with her shows that Dirk can see the good in her. And always, Dirk will be have a positive effect on Lilith and bring out her true self. In my gameplay, Dustin is ambitious and that is why he chose the criminal career, going for the fast money. But also in my gameplay, Brandi was able to get a grip on herself with the birth of her third child and actively made amends in Dustin's upbringing. She spent time getting to know her eldest and guiding him towards a better life.

Great video. I'm glad I'm not the only one who basically equated Dirk to being very similar to MKBHD (if you're familiar with that creator) early in his career. Also, there's no way Dirk would've stayed with Lilith given how chaotic she is (or how her attributes portray her). She would destroy his career with her conduct. What's funny about your portrayal of Dustin though is that in several of my saves, he marries *_Judith Ward._* (I'm always shocked to see her show up at a venue with a different last name) Also, keeping Angela with Dustin is a great idea. Good girls love bad boys, after all.

Just dawned on me that Angela (Angel) and Lilith (...Lilith the demon).

I’m so excited for your save file omg i’ve been binge watching all your videos today 😭 just some advice, I think it may be easier to create a google drive with the cc files in so you could link that instead of a lot of files also if you forget you just need to remember one link instead of multiple :) Im not sure if theres any rules against it on youtube but might be a good idea!

I am really loving your video's the stories behind each Sim is fantastic to learn about, I can't wait for what CC you used for each Sim in this video, when you let us know. I'm so interested in your save file and it would be a lot of fun to play in. I'm glad you don't use loads of clutter, it might look pretty but I think it will slow my game down.

i've only played sims 3 on 360 and sims 4 on 2 diff consoles, i've never seen these characters in the past besides now in sims 4 and never knew they had a lore. it's interesting though

I think you should make Dustin's mum and his baby brothers! and I reckon he would still be close to them, like if not living together (like in a little trailer park type space using for rent or even literally together). Especially if he's still dating Angela but didn't go to college, that says to me he must still be doing something good, like perhaps helping his mum with his brothers. Who, if he's a YA and like early 20s would be an established teen (Beau) and a child or possibly new teen (the clone-baby). Like even if they aren't living close then at least I can see him sending money to his mum or going over to visit often or having some sleeping bags or something for his brothers to come and crash since he is like their male role model... or you could even go down the potential sims 2 storyline of Darren (dirk's dad) and Brandi ending up together making dustin and darren step-brothers? Which might be why dustin moved away from his family? because he didn't want a step-dad but he is still at least in contact with Beau because he is a good guy, just has a lot of crappy luck and makes dumb choices sometimes

The thing is I like bringing a few sims back from the previous sims games without completely filling my game with just old characters. So the most interesting ones that have a story crossover with other characters (which is why Dirk & Dustin were brought back) but without making a full archetypal restoration of ts2 and ts3 because there would be nothing new

I use the Wonderful Whims mod, turn cheats on in the console, shift click on a sim, "Cheat Sim Info" and then "Add trait" 😊

Very black and white view of cheating. Obviously the wife wasn’t very nice to her husband, and of course he shouldn’t have cheated - but to make her the nice one and him the bad one just shows a very little nuanced view of human psychology and motivation. It’s boring when «bad» traits are treated as bad also because it’s fun to engage in the «bad» traits as a player of sims. As you said yourself, Lilith seems more interesting and fun to play than her «angelic» sister …
