I know there's debate on what are the "essential" packs; Seasons is fundamental, Get Together is great, Parenthood gives family-builders so much to do. But if I could only have one pack, it'd have to be City Living. Something about San Myshuno just feels like home!

City Living was the first pack I ever got and is still one I'd say I can't play without.

I remember sims 2 downtown. It introduced restaurants, clubs, bowling, cars. Ts4 gives less bang for your buck than any of the previous games

My favorite Sims 4 pack would probably be cats and dogs. Even though the CAS items are kind of hit or miss. I love the B&B items and the world the pack comes with. Also I just cannot live without pets in my game

I would say my favourite pack would have to be cottage living or Horse Ranch, I love blending these two packs together and living on a farm with farm animals. The horse girl in me loves it 🤍

Just started out playing sims on pc. Saw ur TikTok came from there. I’ve played sims 3 but not 4 long only have base game. But my favorite I guess would be pets seasons and I love how the horse ranch looks.

I bought greenhouse Haven just for the screened windows and doors and I don’t regret it at all. Where I live screened porches are everywhere so I was absolutely giddy to be able to add that into my game.

oooh favorite pack, i think all the recent expansion packs have been great but i’m a family/legacy player at heart so i’m going to have to go with growing together. close follow ups are cottage living, cats and dogs, seasons ofc and pastel pop kit

Thanks for this! I'm trying to decide which packs are worth getting (even on sale) and this was extremely helpful. One thing to note though. The record player is in Modern Luxe because of the recent resurgence of vinyl. It was out of favor for 20+ years (with the rise of digital formats like the CD/minidisc and mp3 and then streaming) but in recent years, it has exploded in popularity (at least in the US). I think it's added to this pack as an acknowledgment of that.

Interesting, I hadn't considered it like that. And yeah I think it's an international revival, my collection of 70+ vinyls is looking at me from across the room 😂 I still think it's a bit of a mismatch in theme despite it becoming popular again in more modern times because it's still not really a modern luxury. I'm glad this video helped you in some way decide for the packs, if you do grab anything from the sale I hope you enjoy!!

My personal fav are packs like get to work or get famous because I love live mode and those gameplay features are super fun and engaging gameplay for me ❤

I love get to work for mostly for the ability for my sim to run their own retail store.

I like to have different styles of playing but the one that always repeats itself and is my favorite is cotagge living, it has so much content that I can always find new things

ooo i think my favourite pack has to be highschool years, its so interesting how you can actually play at school, we used to have mods to be able to do that so the fact that they included that feature is amazing

My favorite has to be Get Together!! Because I love that it has one of the biggest worlds with plenty of lots, as well as the club system which I use often (I also love the CAS tbh)

Absolutely love cottage living, I use it almost every game basically unconsciously now

my favourite pack is both city living and seasons. both are so fun and have good clothing. seasons adds so much stuff to gameplay and makes it 20 times better. I also love living in the apartments in the city.

Hi jaz I just recently came across your channel and playing the sims I gotta say my fave pack so far is strangerville the storyline is so engaging hopping to get warewolfs next 🤩

My favorite pack is for sure growing together I think it adds so much dimension to the Sims themselves and their little personalities

I do agree with the thing about the moles, I have scoliosis and when I saw it was locked behind growing together I was pretty upset. 😢❤

My favourite pack is eco lifestyle! I know a lot of people have issues with it and I agree that the neighbourhood action plan can be a bit annoying but once you clean up the world it’s so pretty. The build/buy is by far my favourite, I love everything about it and the crafted furniture is really good!

These days I mostly do building in the sims and I've noticed that all of my builds contain something from the horse ranch ep, so I guess that could be my favourite!

I absolutely adore the dream home decorator pack. I love having the modular couches and cupboards 😄

Honestly, my favorite pack is paranormal stuff. It's great value for money, and it's got some of the cutest cas i've seen, and the build buy stuff is delightful! The new career is actually super fun, and the slight cross pack compatability with realm of magic is a nice touch

i definitely love horse ranch build items, but i think my favorite is snowy escape because it’s the one i play with the most, i love the build items and all the gameplay options

For me, I usually pass on most packs due to the price tag but if I had to choose a favorite it would have to be seasons. Weather definitely should have been a base game feature but it is one of the most essential packs if you’re going to get one. Between the new activities and the fact that it gives you an actual reason to change your sim’s outfits, it has to be one of the best expansion packs.

My favorite pack is definitely the cats and dogs or my first pet. Big pet lover and absolute love the training you could do with the pets love love loveee it

My favourite Pack is for sureee city living i love all the different districts and how they are so different from eachother😍

Horse Ranch has to be my favorite, because I love the rustic aesthetic and of course the horses.

My favorite expansion pack is get together because the world is very big with many sims, and I really like the dancing skill!

My favorite pack is city living for the map, cottage living for the map and the build/cas items and seasons is just an essential! 🤩🤩🤩

My fave is Eco Lifestyle. The objects, crafting and the world changes. V dynamic imo

This is very controversial, but I actually like the vampire pack.. I use the decorations and interior of this pack a lot, and almost every vampire family I make gets a basement with trapped humans who they can suck blood from, wenehter they want 🥹🤡✨️

My favorite pack has to be either seasons or cats and dogs. Both added so much to my gaming experience and I remember during that time of my life I never put the game down cause I had so much fun with those two packs

I think seasons is just essential and I use the build items and gamplay features all the time. My favorite pack is probably cottage living though. I love the aesthetic.

My favorite pack is sesons because there are events where you can play in the snow and leaves, but I also like island living because you can create mermaids and there are areas with sand.

honestly, unpopular opinion, but I really like high school years, if it wasn’t broken as much as it is and they fixed the prom every week issue I’d enjoy it more. I feel like teens have more purpose now with the pack. They could have added so much more though so slightly disappointing. Get to work and discover university are my top to though. I feel the sims did well with those.

My favorite pack so far is Cottage Living. I feel like the countryside vibe calms me down, plus I love the “living off the land” aspect

My favorite pack is probably Snowy Escapes, cause it has so many new things. For example, that you can learn climbing, snowboarding and skiing and it’s not just fitness. 💚

I like cats and dogs, I'm looking forward to the knew stuff pack though!

My fav pack is Discover University. I've always loved the idea of sims getting college educated, live in dorms and cause drama. I like doing either a immigrant fish-out-water story line for uni or a elderly sim going to uni to hopefully redo their (mostly) bad life choices.

I think my favourite expansion pack will always be the city living pack, I feel like it has the best details and such a great world to explore and doesn’t feel like such a cash grab as the others, other then that, probably werewolves for the smaller packs.
