No one needs to do anything about it except stop fighting it and behaving as if this process, which is one of the main drivers of the process of evolution, is bad. Challenging? Sure. Horrible and something that must be stopped? Not in the least.

they change the eco system not destroy it. every plant and animal started as an invasive and they have came and gone ever since. ya can't just stop time and everything just remain stagnant for eternity.
Species disperse. With and without our help. They have for a long, long time and if we want to survive as long as possible, ourselves, we will make sure they continue to do move around the planet to find suitable habitats as the climate changes rapidly and we will certainly stop fighting it.
Splice invasive dna with food bearing? 🤷

Not logical - virtually all foliage has graze value for ruminants. The issue is we don’t graze ruminants on side of highway, power lines, any open space like your neighborhood or yard!
