they are still giving away property to live on and grow crops chickens fish etc. I am looking forward to making this community a happy beautiful home

When I look at that island's rugged terrain and rough seas, I can see why the mutineers burnt the HMS Bounty instead of keeping it. Besides covering up their own criminal evidence, there was just no way of keeping the ship. You can't anchor a ship anywhere on that island.
