If you're a long time subscriber then you know this is one of our most popular tiny house floorplans because it not only looks great but also fits a king size bed in the bedroom. Every time we feature this model, we make sure to change things up and bring it to you with new options and features. This "Pine Palace" has a pine forest exterior base color paired with cedar on the trim, windows, porch posts and ceiling.
The Tumbleweed Pine Palace is on sale today for $95,000. The price includes delivery and tiedowns within 100 miles (additional freight charges apply for farther distances), a/c and heat system installed, manufacturer's warranty, plus a 7 year extended service contract.

Original Mattress Factory makes an RV king size mattress that is 70”x80”. That gives you 10” wider than a queen but fits in tiny home/park models better. We love ours.
I absolutely really love this place. It has that rustic feeling to which I love.
The Tumbleweed Pine Palace is lovely. Love that front deck and even the walk-in shower is rustic! I'd buy this in a heartbeat if I had a place to put it. Love your homes Mr. Tiny and Recreational Resort Cottages.❤
Love the wall and trim stain colors on the inside. It looks nice with that flooring too.
Love the hickory with the grey. I normally don't like this much wood but this cabin looks cozy and not overdone.

❤ The cedar redwood stain is beautiful. Green is the perfect compliment.❤️
LOve this especially the flooring . the only thing i would change is the entertainment i would like to have the fireplace there. Love everything about it including the pine finish
I love Mr. Tiny more than the homes! "It's all good in the wood"! 😄 I do like this one too. The mobile island is a thoughtful feature! Didn't think about rolling it on the porch.

I like that you've included a loft. I'd need two bedrooms, the loft works. The walk in shower is also a nice size. The green color is beautiful.

What if…you removed the loft/stairs and made a side entrance where the loft stairs are and extended the half-wall behind the couch all the way up to the ceiling, thus making a tiny hallway. This would make the living room area have more usable space because the door would be gone, and I can envision a beautiful fireplace and vintage mantle. Remove the island and place a round table and chairs, closer to where the existing door is. This way you could have a designated dining area and dinner by the fire. I redesign these tinys in my mind, but I don’t know if it’s ever practical lol.

I love the green. I would love it more without the loft and with the microwave placed somewhere else other than over the stove.
I like the picture windows in the living room. I lean toward the more modern finishes though.

There isn't anything I would change. It's beautiful!!
This would be perfect for my daughter and her dog and cat. We just need to get her all lot that she can put it on. I don't think you can beat this price. And I have always loved the loft and think if you put a row of cabinets on that wall it would be amazing for storage. And then you could put a mattress on the other side because it's plenty big.
Love the woodsy look! Would add a back porch, bathtub, and fireplace!

Just a thought 💭🤔 The ROOF LOOKS HIGHER IN FRONT. HAVE YOU EVER THOUGHT OF DOING IT IN REVERSE. THE HIGHER PITCH ROOF POINT ☝️ OVER THE SECOND FLOOR ATTIC. Beautiful. But wasted space under the stairs. Definitely need some storage under those stairs, whether it be drawers in the stairs or a built in storage in the bedroom on that wall. Just sayin
I just don't understand why you always put the functional windows up so high that it requires a ladder to open them. How is that easy?.

The living room being in the kitchen just doesn't work.
