I would ditch the loft and raise the ceilings especially over the master bedroom. You need more closet space in the master bedroom. An alcove bed in there might solve some space issues. A cottage door on the front entry would also be prettier. I love the other parts of the Snowlodge. I would also screen in the front porch.

I love the layout of this one. The second room I would make into an office/library. The loft is perfect for storage, a ladder is not bad if you are not constantly going up and down, and as a single person, that is plenty of closet space in the bedroom. I just wish the transportation from tx to wa was affordable, because this is perfect for me.

I think this has got to be my favorite so far but I would make the extra bedroom into a laundry room and pantry

❤ it!!! I had not considered a 399sq ft home because I need an office. But the Finch solves that problem. I do need stairs, so I 'd put stairs where the ladder is, move the couch perpendicular to the door (which also creates an entrance way), and put a door in the wall where Mr Tiny has the couch. I can see the loft as a reading/TV/"get-away" spot! Love it!

Love the whitewashed pine look & the layout especially the large front porch. One big gripe though…the manufacturer should’ve filled in those cracks with putty, sanded them down then painted over them. There are products available now you can’t even tell unless you look right at it. It looks almost exactly like wood when it’s stained, light or dark.

I used to have unfinished treated log columns on my back porch. Around 15 yr mark, all the columns were split and rotted and had to be replaced. Something more durable would be better.

I like the Texas style door

This is one of the layouts that I truly like this year as a holiday home. If I were to live in it, I would change the main door to a built-in blinds door, front windows made bigger and move the entertainment system to the BR2 wall. It would be lovely to have a wall-mounted TV above, an electric fireplace below and a slim Christmas tree at the corner. Moreover, I would opt to remove a part of the loft to provide a taller MBR ceiling. With that, additional floating wardrobe or storage can be installed. Instead of the usual library ladder to access the loft, I would prefer a geometric mod alternating tread stairway. I think it won't take too much space. Finally, I'll have a patio dining set at the front porch. ❤ Happy 2024!! May we all have a prosperous New Year!

I like the extra small bedroom downstairs which could be used as an office. Nice bedroom in back. Nice bathroom. Area to put a table is good. Though lacking kitchen counter space, no coat closet, or pantry to put food. But other than that it's pretty good 👍

Best part is the shower stall.

I loved the entire home! My favorite feature would be the shower.

I would make the second bedroom into a laundry room leaving the pantry storage in there. Then, I would have a second pantry installed where the stackable goes. This would give plenty of storage space in the laundry room for mop, broom, etc. Only thing I dislike is the sink not being IN the bathroom. Was it just me, or did the loft look like the ceilings were higher?!?

This home looks mostly great, but the ladder to the loft is a no-go for me. I think I would get rid of the loft, put the washer and dryer where the pantry is in the extra room, and expand the width of the extra room so that it could fit a full-sized bed (or maybe even a queen-sized bed with the right tweaking).

This is a really nice layout. It's amazing how you got in a second bedroom. I would have put in another window in the primary bedroom, tho.

Love this one but would need some changes. Stairs with storage please, make the closet larger by taking space from 2nd bedroom, add cabinets to loft, change window in eating area to a skinny long one up higher and i would ues that area for a tv/fireplace. This home is so pretty but what is up with all the huge cracks on the log's on the front porch. They are very noticeable and distracting at the beginning. I feel at $111k there should not be cracks like that all over the place. This would be an amazing place for a single person. I would take the 2nd bedroom and make that into a laundry room so i can have a side by side washer and dryer. That stand up cabinet/pantry would be perfect for extra groceries and put floating shelving above the washer and dryer for laundry detergent and dryer sheets.

I do like the lighter exteriors. I don't care for the double windows levels in the living area. I would prefer this in a version that is more handicapped accessible. The bunk beds in the second bedroom are not standard size So therefore an adult or even a large child would not be able to sleep in them they are too narrow. Said that would turn into being wasted space.

Always love your tiny homes. But, you should really make one without the front porch and make the living space larger. Just too small. People can build their own porch. You also need a dealer in Arizona.

Look around at the other homes and how they are creeping up in price. Besides the fact that feature are slowly going away and so slowly people aren't noticing. There are other models I'm sure but then this is a sale. I would be interested in warranties.

Not a good investment just for the similar fact that kids GROW? Where are they gonna live after they hit 10?

This would make a cute vacation home or a set to film on. It would not a great home to actually live in with that meager little closet and ladder going up to the loft. No dishwasher no good.

There's barely any living space because of the kitchen taking over the living room. It just doesn't work.

Second bedroom laundry room. More kitchen space. I would never hav a loft because I couldn't climb a ladder. Use that second bedroom to even expand the living room. On sale because no one likes it.

Kinda hard to see the video thru those big waving hands. So distracting
