@@paulseverson2307 correct, only if you are married to citizen, lease land long term or a Philippines corporation. You can own the house but not the land

Just for some people in the comment section just because the Philippines 🇵🇭 is not a first world Country it doesnt mean they can not have a luxury product option Ok. Not everything can be dirt cheap! There is a lot of option on various islands for everyone, so i am sure you find yours.😊

@AmaliaRoberts. November, that’s fresh… I’ve been told the “firsts” are some of the worst times in grief. First bdays, 1st wedding anniversary, etc..I’ve also noted that the 6 month mark can be suddenly tough, gets quieter & more settled routine & then ….. Hope you reside in an area with loved ones around & easy access to nature & perhaps the special beauty of Spring. TPL watching really can be uplifting. I thanked M & B for that a ways back, too. It’s usually not serious or heavy, but also not frivolous viewing. May God bless you & may your beloved husband, rest in God’s peace. ✝️

Amazing! The blue tea or water beverage was blue ternate flower. That’s what the server was saying. Many health benefits. Also called Butterfly Pea flower. Teas of it can be pricey in USA, in the Phil., it can grow randomly in neighborhood gardens. / Only 21 years of existence, but I wonder if they incorporated antiques & vintage details. Like the ancient tree.💚 At timemark ~10:20: The large urns/vases lining the walkway look very similar to antique oil jars (couple hundred year old) made in Ilocus mountains regions. Maybe other regions, too, I’m no expert, just an antique admirer.

Best Architects who handled this place. Every detail is awesome.

$232 a night! Wow! Maybe one day. It's definitely affordable. Thanks for the education.

Wow what a wonderful place. I would fit in well there enjoying the nature and the restaurants till I have to pay 100,000 P. Enjoyed the tour of the place. Haha as I travel the Philippines as long as the place is clean and no roaches and $30 USD and below is good for me. Thanks for a great tour.

Hi I Love seeing vids of my favorite place in the world-TheFarm. i was site-supervisor/project-manager during construction phase.the owner had a dream for this magical area-it was just an old coconut plantation,but even the water is high- energy. the Peacocks were my idea(ask the owner),they eat snakes, much lov PI, enjoy the dream

That place looks awesome. I love how they have laid out the whole property. A very relaxing places. The prices range from just out of my budget to way past my pay grade but would be worth it to stay even for just one day. I am sure the lower cost rooms are just as comfortable as the more expensive ones.

You can also go to Mt. Malarayat Golf and Country Club. The view is beautiful. It is in Lipa Batangas as well.

Lots of Filipino celebrities stay there and some high class escorts too. The Farm of San Benito.

The Farm is luxury. Plenty of foreigners go there. Its a sanctuary, detox, etc
