  Michael, what happen you said before you will be touring the whole pinas to do vlog? Why you did not put in the forum about buying business? I hope you dont put all your eggs in one basket. 2 years are not enough to know the filipino culture. I hope no one is taking advantage of your kindness and little money you have. It is very painful to hear the truth...as subscriber for a very long time...giving u a heads up to rethink all these plan. Plus dont jump to soon to remarry. Another piece of advice...please many working single filiipino and no kid yet. Start your own...make sure you hire your own lawyer to protect your interest. Think, think, think!

  It doesn’t seem they are going for scary, coz then I’d have voted for Canadian Grizzly Bear! One of few mammals that prefers to keep prey alive as long as possible while dining!😉I had no clue what the business venture was, I was overthinking & guessing some kinda consulting internationally, like setting property seekers up with answers:what they need in Phil …or something?! I dunno, Michael had spoken way back of different ideas but I don’t really remember specifics. Once I watched this vlog & learned the angle, I thought (with no marketing career experience), oh I luv Canadian associations! (I’m American). One that likes Canada & Canadians. But I’d have chosen Canadian Muskie or Muskellunge , as Roxas is a fishing hub. & my top choice in this category would be Canadian Goose. Luv them though they can be a bother….🪿

  There is zero chance that this business will make more money than american or filipino stocks. I guess its more exciting than owning american stock index and make 12% annually for rest of life which compound very fast. But also more risky. Sister of my Filipina wife had a small business selling clothes and her employees steal money regularly. Even her nanny stole her phone. Finding good employees will be your biggest challenge.

  Yes, restaurant business is brutal in general but it's the learning curve that's more valuable. Learning to navigate the business environment local cultural practice in the Philippines. It's about building the connection, friends, overcoming nay sayers and business common sense that unique to particular region. Mike has built up the most valuable connections 99.9 % of the local population will never get. Connection is the key to future business endeavors. This is a small baby step no matter what the outcome.
