The Ayala Group is strong enough to withstand the financial challenges it is facing. It will rebound, as it always does.
>> Hope local companies even the government will be brave enough to invest on potential advance manufacturing capabilities of the Philippines and hardworking Filipinos... hope the government will give assistance, huge incentives, tax holidays ect., even encourage local businesses to invest on this manufacturing & technological industry...

Nah. Puro walang kwentang kurso naman kinukuha ng mga Pilipino. Like hrm, culinary, TESDA etc. Wala nga akong kilalang ece sa personal kahit isa (me naririnig ako but not confirmed and Pinoys tend to confuse electronic engineering with electrical). Civil engineers marami kahit wala namang skyscrapers outside Manila and Cebu kaya ang ending 13k ang starting salary nila. Abnormal na bansa to.

You don't need more Philippines Government own Corporations. Last I Google search there are 200 + of them already own by the Government, each serving as milking cow for those Politicians. Private sectors must do it themselves
If they can manufacture goods and vehicles and also oil rigs for the government to exploit the Philippines rich oil and gas resources then it will be a big win for both and the nation 💯

We can manufacture anything. We used to make helicopters until lawsuits from Europe put a stop to it in the 90s. The problem is that we have a small highly educated class so the market is limited. 112 million people and only 300-500k vehicles sold a year.
The politics in the Philippines has a high influence to Philippine economy and vice versa... Hoping someday politics and economy would not effect each other.
Good job ac manufacturing company ihope you produce local made motorcycle and automobile purely 100 percent flipino made
Interesting.

You have 14 times our population but only 10 times our exports. In the case of Vietnam you only have 3 times their exports and you have 15 times more people.

Even though you are living in the populous country but only few can attend college and finish studies. Yes you export a lot but it will not easily reflect to your per capita income because many of you didn't earn enough but only just to survive from daily needs..

AC Industrial automotive do not have a strong brand of vehicles in the local market. Hopefully it will be VW and Isuzu that may rise in manufacturing but i do not see KTM and Kia to rise above.

Their new BRV, HRV and CRV interiors are outdated already. Worldwide their ranking has fallen too. Though our truck body builders are doing so-so in the industry. I would be so proud if the company is operated by Pilipinos and not Chinese. If his name is Juan de la Cruz, that would be awesome. If it's under Chinese name. I don't know about that. Why Pilipinos are so behind?
