My laughter was beautiful too...when I saw the price for this home.

I really enjoy your smaller home tours. I've come to the conclusion that, were I to buy one, there would have to be a separation between the kitchen and the living room. I don't mind if the dining area flows into the living room, but I am so over the 'open' concept. I wonder whether I am alone in that?

You're not alone. I've seen articles recently about how the open concept is falling out of favor. One of the contributing factors cited was the pandemic, and how difficult it has been for people to work from home while their kids are distance learning/home schooling in open concept homes. People now want boundaries defining rooms - aka bring on the walls! 😉

I know when my husband is in the kitchen, he is so damn loud banging pots and pans, slamming cabinets, clanging dishes while washing them that we need a wall as a noise barrier. Plus I don’t like my living room furniture smelling like whatever has been recently cooked, especially Fish! I get that open concept gives you the illusion of more space but I am not a fan of it.

I love the tiny homes... but I'm glad that you're channel offers a variety.. thanks for all of the hard work.. Happy New Year..

I love this home, especially after seeing that you can opt for a bigger shower without the tub. I currently live in a split level the size of this home. If you're a couple, or only have one child, 1400 sq ft isn't a bad size. So much less to clean and this home really uses the space well. If only this home was available in my area.

I’m always amazed at how big it really is inside when the outside looks so small.

I’m going to buy a small mobile home. This would be sooo perfect for me . I love it . This is beautiful. I can’t wait to purchase me one.🥰

I think they put a lot of features in this small home that make it feel larger than it is. I could see myself living in it for sure. Thanks for always giving the best home tours on KZread! Happy New Year!

This home is great. The beams, the kitchen. Like the island being a different color than the cabinets. Like the barn doors. Great layout. Thanks for touring a variety of homes but the ones this size are my favorites. Best part of the video is Cullen and his laugh. 😊🤗

This home is very cute and it is the right size for me and my husband! The price is also pretty nice! I would like to see more homes like this one... smaller but very nice and price tag right about the $100,000 mark! A really nice home. And I love the fact you can get a bigger shower and no tub in the master bedroom. Being older and retired, this is a nearly perfect home for me.

I love the small shelves along the wall above the vanity in the master bathroom. That frees up a lot of storage space for sure! Smaller home, but super practical in design. I hope you and the Hulk had a wonderful Holiday season!

I am in the market for a smaller home because I am a widow & don't need something with a lot of maintenance. Thank you for featuring the much smaller homes

This is done nicely and it’s probably exactly what a lot of people are looking for. Wishing you and your family a very Happy New Year. Cullen is the cutest little fella and it’s so sweet to see you two interact.

You’re such a good dad. And this home is beautiful. Finally, one priced (slightly) lower than the house I’m in! It definitely goes to the top of my list.

I like this one a lot. No carpet and ceiling vents. The shelves at the end of the hall were unexpected and cute. Still don’t like the main bedroom closet in the bathroom. One thing I have yet to see in any home is a wall oven. Us older folks can’t bend down as easy lol.

God Bless you and yours, I love your show it's very exciting to see those homes because it helps me to put together an ideal of my future home. Oh! please keep the Pantry Dance included this year!

I really like this home a lot. I think this would be almost perfect for my husband and I to downsize to. There are only a few things I'd like to change and one being a wall up between the kitchen and living room. Put in a fireplace facing the living room that can be propane just in case electric goes out in the winter, you will still have heat. Leave the dining area open to the living room. The option to take out the master bathtub and have a bigger shower. Take out the door leading outside in the laundry room and have a soaker sink in there and switch out the two windows in the kitchen to either sliding doors or double doors that would go out on to a deck.

Cute little home! I love Palm Harbor homes. Love the pantry and laundry room doors and the colors used through the house.

Congrats on the 400 home tours! You are the gold standard or great home tours! Your tours have been very entertaining while we stay home more during this pandemic! Thanks so much! Cullen is a cutie, where is Cash (?) your dog? Happy New Year! I love the colors of this beautiful little house!

This is a very nice smaller home really like the kitchen. I always watch till the end but sorry don't want to Hurt your feelings but my heart melts when I see that adorable little Blessing! And defending his little animal friend from the dinosaur being mean. He is being raised right. Thank you for sharing the home and Cullen. Cullen, laughter is to adorable. I love hearing children laughter. Especially when I have all 6 of my grandchildren together. I really like this mobile home. It's not to big nor to small. May you have a Blessed day. Yes I am still trying to catch up.

I would definitely upgrade the master shower to tile. After all that beautiful wood features in the home, it's a bit of a let down. But it's a great place.

I have that shower now and absolutely hate it. It should be outlawed. I’m a small person and always hit the walls and windows when washing my hair. Those two sitting areas take up too much room. Worst shower ever. Upgrade is required for sure. Cheap and cramped.

Thanks for doing this. Looking to get ideas for rebuild. Brings back some awesome memories from childhood. We always toured homes and trailers. Loved it! You are awesome!

Happy New Year to you and your family! Love this home. Love the pipe look under the shelves and the countertops. The flooring is exactly my style. This would be an ideal home now that my husband and I have an empty nest. The colors in the outside go so well together. Utility room a little small but could live with it cause I’ve lived with one just as small for 12 years. Thanks for sharing your cute videos of your little boy. He’s such a cutie. Enjoy him Chance, they grow up way too fast.

This is my all time favorite one you have posted. I’m a no frills person but I wanted a spa -ish bath in the master. My kids are teens and getting close to leaving so I was looking for something I could retire in and this is perfect! Small enough to maintain but still big enough to have some friends over and then go soak in my bathtub after.

This home is gorgeous. Although it's physically smaller, it still has everything a home needs and feels spacious enough. I LOVE the colour of the kitchen cabinets and it's layout. There's no sound better than a child's laughter. Cullen makes an awesome Hulk. Happy New Year to you and your family.

Love the smaller home more manageable for a couple people or just one. Love the colors. Room sizes r decent. Nice closets. Master is good size master bath is nice love the full length mirror and shower. Tile is nice also. Thanks Chance for all ur hard work. I knew it was going to be Cullen. He is so handsome. Wow! It's a perfect small home. I can actually see myself living in something like this. I especially love the island countertop. Only one thing I am not a fan of is having my closest net to the water closest but other then that, it's a beautiful house. Yes, I wouldn't mind seeing an air B&B.
