    Dear, you can't use just any salt ,please use the Epson salt. Without it , the liquid can't form or turn to solid

    Tonight, I made an attempt to make TOFU. I used 8 lime orange juice against 6 cups of Soya beans. I can't tell if the lime juice was too small but my TOFU didn't form. I and my kids had lot of expectations but we were just staring at the pot of Soya milk till I turned off the gas and went to bed. It wasn't a nice experience. Can anyone tell me what step I missed?

    We use lemon not lime. Try using Epsom salt next time

    There is something about soya, if u delay squeezing the liquid, it can go bad. Also in preparation, u need high heat. Once you pour the milk in the saucepan, add the Epsom when it becomes a little bit hot. These are some of the factors that can cause a fail in the preparation. Thanks

    @@bridgetakorfagamli6875 please add it when you dip your hands in an it's a little bit hot , go ahead and dilute the Epsom salt and add. I have prepared soya for years and thus method has never failed me ☺

    It's not pepsin but ( Epson salt), you can get it from the pharmacies sis
