    Thanks for your efforts to make this video☺ my morning routine: wake up 6 am morning prayer read 15-20 mins exercise 3 days in a week and 3 other days study German memorizing Quran and get ready to go to work

    Nice ideas :) Although I don't agree with combining food with other activities, it is important to pay full attention to the meal in order to enjoy it and to feel satiety level

    Ideally eating is it's own thing, but most people will be doing something else while eating. Not optimal, but more realistic.

    I love journaling in the morning and also writing down my to do list afterwards ☺️👍 sometimes I read as well, although I prefer reading before bed.
