Thanks for these non members voices happy to hear our present day prophet speaking plainly about Chist and his death to save us all. It makes me even prouder that we get to feast on our prophets voice this weekend. I’m so humbled.... it’s been a year since I really did anything that included thoughts or activities involving the church. I can’t even remember the last time I prayed unfortunately.... so when I’m watching some spooky videos with my collage roommate the last thing I expected to see in an ad was president Nelson. And realized just how much I need general conference this year.

It's never too late to come back! I was inactive for almost two decades when the Spirit told me - as clear as if he was standing next to me - "it's time to come home." I was in church that next Sunday, became worthy to hold a temple recommend, and have served in several callings in the ten years since my return. Heavenly Father is waiting to see you come back. He loves you and has so many blessings He wants to give you.

My wife and I are members of His church, and are always mindful this His Grade and Mercy, and His plan of Salvation and Exaltation available to everyone. We pray that everyone will seek Him in their hearts and minds, and deeds, and maintain a focus on the peace and hope He offers all of us every day.

I joined The Church if Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in February of 1975. For the first time in my life, in April of 1975, I boarded a plane in Salt Lake City, Utah to return home after attending General Conference. I was almost 21 years old and I was beyond terrified. We were cleared for take off and began our taxi toward the runway. Without announcement, the plane eased to a stop and a few minutes later President Spencer W. Kimball entered the plane with a few other men. I released my death grip on the arm of my chair and thought to myself, "I'm riding in a plane wih the prophet of God." I remember thinking that this would be the safest plane ride in the history of aviation... So glad I did not know President Nelson's story at that time. In the intervening 46 years death has taken my parents, three brothers, a sister, all my grandparents, and an infant niece. I add my voice to President Nelson's that because of ther Savior I KNOW I will see them again.

Knowing God isn’t about guaranteeing any safety or lack of suffering here on earth. The plane could just as easily have crashed with or without him. It’s about being able to endure those with hope and not fear. God doesn’t intervene.

I loved Palm Sunday as a child. I loved participating in the youth choir as we waved strips of palm branches and sang “Hosanna, Hosanna, Hosanna in the highest. Lord we lift up your name with hearts full of praise, we exalt thee oh Lord our God. Hosanna in the highest.” Thank you Pres. Russell M. Nelson! Now when I think of Palm Sunday I will also contemplate on the palms of Christ’s hands.

I keep returning back to this each day.. my heart is so heavy from the recent tragedies that have happened in the U.S. My heart grieves for the families and close friends that were affected. I have to keep my faith in the Lord that He will make everything right. I pray and fast for these people and so many others whose lives were turned upside down caused by something horrific. I earnestly hope everything will be made right sooner than later. I truly think about these people every day.

with all due respect Why does God have to become human in order to forgive sins? Is the one who created the earth and the heavens so weak that he has to sacrifice him self in order to forgive sins? i mean we sin and do bad things all the time, and instead of punishing us, God sends his only son, torture and kills him, to forgive us. does that make sense to you?and What sadistic pleasure did God get out of watching his son being killed in the most brutal manner that he forgave his killers?and the reason he forgave them of all their past and future sins was that they killed his son.

"Because of Him, we do not have to deal with our frailties, sins, and fears alone." I cried.

On Easter, I love to remember the hope that Christ brings us.

Its been a hard year along with a very hard year in 2020. I lost a wife, mother of my children and my eternal companion. Because of the Atonement of Jesus Christ and having been sealed to her in the Holy Temple I know that we will be together again in the Heavenly Kingdom . What peace and comfort that gives me as we celebrate this Easter season without her here on this earth. I know that Christ lives and is guiding this Church through our dear Prophet Russell M. Nelson today. I give my gratitude for the blessings I still enjoy of having my 4 children around me. in Jesus name , Amen .

I wouldn’t say Easter has been a favorite holiday of mine in my youth, but as I have tried to focus and reflect on Christ and what he accomplished, Easter is becoming one of my most favorite holiday.

I'm so grateful for a prophet of God. Thank you for teaching us, inspiring us and motivating us to Follow Him.

In a world that feels like a plane spiraling out of control, we must remember that the Lord is the ultimate pilot and will fix the fall and correct us so we can be ready to make it to the Marriage Feast on time!

I’ve been having some personal struggles and also the guilt and self-hatred that comes with it, but this video is exactly what I needed to know that God loves me as I am, and will patiently encourage me and help me to grow and become the best version of myself that he sees.

Prophet Russell Nelson is a Prophet sent by our Savior Jesus Christ 🙏 and the Church of Jesus Christ of latter day saints is God's Restored Church here on Earth. As a Member of the Menlo Park Ward in California I so excited to be a part of a experience so spectacular and wouldn't want my life to be lived no other way. Knowing our Holy savior Jesus Christ 🙏 died for our sins so that we can be saved has placed some if the most amazing people in my life and has changed my life drastically. Every time I know that I'm going to get to hear from our prophet I get so excited. I truly see what a beautiful gift he is to us. Every time he speaks I feel his genuine love and affection for me and all of us. I haven't had a father figure in my life or a grandparent for most of it but I feel like he's my grandfather looking out for me spiritually. Does anyone else feel this way? There's just no mistaking that he loves us all deeply. Thank you President Nelson for guiding us and loving us. We love you too and I'm so grateful to God for sending you to us. I truly can't think of a better leader right now.

@@lutronc4412 scriptures say He went to prepare a place for us.. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also. John 14:3 That's why many who are born again have His HolySpirit to lead us and guide us to all truth so we won't be decieved by "doctorines of demons" also written to us in Gods holy word. It's so important to test all spirits and make sure what is being tought lines up with scriptures...we know scripture tells us even the very elect shall be decieved if possible.

I love to connect the hope and promise of Easter with the gifts provided by the Atonement of Jesus Christ. I intensely feel the presence of the Holy Spirit while listening to this great man. Truly, Jesus Christ is our Savior and our God. His infinite Atonement, taking upon himself the consequences of all of humanity's sins for all time, saves us and allows us to become one with him and his Father and share in their nature, mutual indwelling, and glory.

Without Christ, there will be no Easter. Without Christ, there will be no peace and hope. I'm grateful for my Savior and for His atoning sacrifice it gives me hope and comfort in this trying times. We've been away from our one year old daughter for almost a year now because of the pandemic that leads us feel sad and hopeless. But I am grateful for President Nelson's message reminding us that we are not alone, that there is Someone who truly understands us. I felt immediate peace and hope after hearing President Nelson's message.

We are looking forward to the general conference ourselves for I enjoy listening to President Nelson that way and I thank God for all he had done for us each and every day .

Because of Him I am still alive. Thank you Pres. Nelson for being the example of what we should all be.

I love the Prophet’s video messages during this pandemic. It draws near to my heart and makes me know that we are not alone. Christ does live and I will make this Easter weekend a delightful one to remember His sacrifice

Thank you, President Nelson. That’s is such a beautiful message of peace, hope, and love. And the best part? It doesn’t have to stop at Easter weekend - it goes on through the next week, month, year, our lives, and eternity. Thank you for that fresh dose of hope, peace and love.

That's how I felt about "give thanks" as well! These are things that we need reminders of, but they can be honored no matter what, no matter when!

You can have it, Jesus freely offers this peace to all. I invite you to talk to missionaries and read the Book of Mormon: more peaceful word from Christ.

This is true. Both our need for peace that we all have, and that God has restored truths about Jesus Christ through the Book of Mormon to help us have the peace He offers. I hope you choose to read it and find that peace in Christ!

I’m truly thankful for the Savior’s sacrifice for all of us and for the knowledge I have that families can be together forever!

Last night I had a dream in which I knew I was going to shortly die. My thoughts instantly turned to seeing God again. I felt peace knowing that the Savior died for me and has healed my sinful self. I hope that I can still feel that peace when it is my time to go.

Peace and Hope. This is what Christ is. I appreciate your testimony of this President Nelson!

Such wisdom and good advise. It is so wonderful to listen to a prophet's voice testifying of our savior. Jesus lives eternally, and so will we because of Him.
