LUKE 13 18-21 (NIV)
18 Then Jesus asked, ‘What is the kingdom of God like? What shall I compare it to? 19 It is like a mustard seed, which a man took and planted in his garden. It grew and became a tree, and the birds perched in its branches.’
20 Again he asked, ‘What shall I compare the kingdom of God to? 21 It is like yeast that a woman took and mixed into about thirty kilograms of flour until it worked all through the dough.’

Matthew 16:6,11 "Then Yahshua said unto them, Take heed and beware of the leaven of the Pharisees and of the Sadducees. ... How is it that ye do not understand that I spake it not to you concerning bread, that ye should beware of the leaven of the Pharisees and of the Sadducees?"

One more interpretation. On Christ the solid ROCK I stand. Deut. 32 [3] Because I will publish the name of the LORD: ascribe ye greatness unto our God. [4] He is the Rock, his work is perfect: for all his ways are judgment: a God of truth and without iniquity, just and right is he. PAUL NOW SPEAKING TO FELLOW JEWS - 1Cor.10 [1] Moreover, brethren, I would not that ye should be ignorant, how that all our fathers were under the cloud, and all passed through the sea; [2] And were all baptized unto Moses in the cloud and in the sea; [3] And did all eat the same spiritual meat; [4] And did all drink the same spiritual drink: for they drank of that spiritual Rock that followed them: and that Rock was Christ. What did Jesus say that HE would build HIS Church on? A Rock. The Jews having faith to believe that Jesus, THE ROCK, who was stand right in front of the group used the parable of the mustard seed. Let me ask you, if the ROCK, The Christ who is the Son of God is the King of the Jews who promised them a great Kingdom in Jerusalem and is now standing face to face with them then how much faith would it take to believe on the name of Jesus? After that is what it will take to make the Kingdom which is at handle a reality. God has not changed that promise to them. But we are saved because of what Paul preached and it is not the same. Our hope is in heaven.

Interesting But look at all the parables of the kingdom Wheat and tares and such, Heck the parable of the wedding there is always a warning with it or the good and the bad mixed no? Didn't Jesus say the parable of the seeds as the key to all parables >? Yet in this parable, he tells us what the Birds represent no? Then it followed but the parable of the Leaven and Jesus told us to watch out for the leaven of various 3 I can think of Pharisee, Sadducees, and Harod, ANd we can se that leaven throughout the church today do we not?

@@josephpchajek2685 seems like I cannot give you the long and detailed response I had left 5 times, but you do not give context at all you give your own thoughts and feeling's and ignore the ""Context" that is in that text, other texts where leaven is used even to the feast of unleavened bread all the way to the end also you ignored the context that Jesus also described the church in other verses always showing as the wide road the larger professing church and the narrow path the few and you are ignore the fact that this is not new in the church, That is was that way in israel also, the larger israel and the 7 K who did not bow the knee and even all the way back to Noah and the 8 verse the many who where destroyed in the flood
