@Gundam sandrock that's factually false. The numbers don't lie, the subs with original audio always out preforms the English viewers. English people arnt the main watchers of this show. That is greatly overshadowed by the amount of Japan users tune in alone... so no, "most" people would not agree the dub is better. Way to sound uncultured guy. Think before you speak.
@isaiahtapia287

@Gundam sandrock I don't see why you don't understand what I'm saying... wayyy more Japan citizens tune into the show. Americans is literally a small fraction of the views AOT gets. So my point is, most people won't say the English dub is better. When English dubed is doing wayy less numbers than its original audio. The numbers don't lie...
@isaiahtapia287

@Gundam sandrock bro you are only giving the U.S analytics. Which is irrelevant at this point. I'm talking about all of its viewers AROUND THE WORLD. Specifically the ones that arnt American. You know, the majority viewers of AOT. The subs and original audio have more streams and higher number of views/downloads than their dub versions. What part do you not understand? Again, numbers dont lie. Or are you purposely being ignorant...

Every single holder of the Attack Titan started this story. The story was created and ended the moment Ymir Fritz gained the power of the titans. A time line tied from end to start, via memories, to form a closed loop with no real start or end, like a rubber band. You could easily say that Ymir started this, or that Grisha started this, or that Eren started this, and it would all be correct. This is why the story is named after the Attack Titan. _Shingeki no Kyojin_

@@alexanderhardianto253 I don't think they were arguing the meaning, their point was the series title being directly used in this context had a certain impact as it was revealed to have a second meaning beyond describing the initial premise of the show, while with the English localization, since they already decided to market the title as "Attack on Titan" instead of "Attack Titan", they couldn't pull of the same thing. No one disagrees that they mean the same thing, their complaint moreso lies in that translation technicality.

Oh I'm so slow now I think I get it lol. Owl gave him the Attack Titan because he saw how Grisha yearned for freedom beyond the walls in the internment camp when he snuck out knowing it would put him and his sister at risk. So this drive for freeom came to him naturally. The Attack Titan was also about Freedom. That's why Eren's drive for freedom was so strong because he got the attack titan from Grisha. Ymir's founder titan was also seeking freedom, but she could never obtain it.
@307nishchay83 ай бұрын
Notice how eren intentionally uses these same words of eren kruger to manipulate grisha in chapel. He intentionally lets grisha see zeke at the end to break zeke and grisha both emotionally. This served two purposes. Eren was able to force himself and zeke out of past memories into paths. And second purpose, grisha who has now been absolutely demolished to the core, willingly gave up the attack titan to his son because his son triggered his hatred for marley once more while simultaneously showing grisha through future memories that no matter what eren WILL get the founder and attack titan.

well, if talking of story as a whole it was still Ymir, who brought the titan power into the world in the first place. Eren is responsible for the big part of it too, but if not Ymir getting that spine/worm he wouldn't have to do that. speaking of Grisha "starting the story" Eren here was literally speaking of HIS and THEIR story. it was answer for what Grisha said "i can't fight i've got nothing but my sins left", Eren mentioning that he started the story by going beyond the wall [and letting his sister die, here goes the parallel Eren compared that to him kicking his first victim off the wall] and therefore has no choice but to move forward until his "sins" and his friends' sacrifices are repaid so nope he didn't, but we have to look at the context
