In kangs comic, it portrays him really as a anti-hero. While we follow N. Richards on his progression to become kang it makes sense on why he does what he do, but whenever we are opposite looking at Kang he only seems like a villain.

Depending on what timeline you are in Kang has his hand in all kinds of pots. In ultimate invasion Tony Stark is Kang and he creates a duplicate avengers to fight Reed Richards. By far Tony Stark has the best Kang armor
