Great stuff! You should also make a similar video about vertical jump & explosiveness, the pylometrics and isometrics part and other things because there are a ton of different videos on this topic and it's very confusing.

Im at this point where I think I am a liability in my team just coz I can’t hit a damn jump shot. There’s quarters where I don’t even get the chance to touch the ball because of their thought of me just bricking my shot. I’m gonna work on my shooting and make my self proud.. mark my words 😤

So I have trouble trying to structure my workout do you have any tips? Because rn this is my workout: 1. Stretch/warmup, 2. Shooting drills, 3. Ball handling, 4. Finishing, 5. Attacking the basket. But idk if that is good or not

Growing taller really comes down to genetics, though sleeping, eating healthy and so on will improve your chances. At puberty you’ll hit a growth spurt, I went from 4’11 to 5’7 within 2 years.

You got opportunities and threats wrong. In business, opportunities are strengths that are external and threats are weaknesses that are external. So a threat could be, increased competition from other basketball teams. An opportunity could be that a new basketball court has opened very close to where you live so you don’t have to travel far to practice. Both are external, out of your control.
