Unfortunately, they have done this with multiple videos from my channel. They have also done this with other channels too. I have contacted them over it, only to be blocked on their KZread channel and ignored by email. When you have 1.8 million subscribers, it's sad and pathetic to target smaller channels that are finding success. But big fish will eat the smaller ones, and they have chosen to hurt rather than help channels less successful than themselves.

I'm a disabled vet and have been using several of your techniques for neck hips lower back knees etc. It has done wonders and the kinda depressing part is moreso than anything the military or even most civilian doctors have...the fact that it's free and out here for us is amazing and I'm truly thankful. If more people hade even light exercise as well as these stretches for target areas of pain I think many of us wouldn't even need to go to the doc or perhaps only once in while for check-up

I’m really glad to hear the VA provides quality care to you and other Vets who utilise your VA. Every once in awhile I hear about a Vet having positive experiences with the VA. Sadly that’s not the case at Lee County, FL VA. I won’t sit here and bore you or anyone else by rambling forever. I have no reason to lie that I’ve known hundreds of Vets, self included who have been failed by our VA. I’m not talking about having to sit in the waiting for hours or anything either. I’m talking about real and heinous things Bay Pines has done to Vets. I wish all Vets had access to appropriate care but I’m glad when I hear from those who do.

👍This is the best video I've seen on your channel: * Clear statement of the issue/problem/goal (neck stiffness/pain and desire to find relief by "cracking" neck). * Brief but comprehensive review/critique of self-treatment options with outline of risks (improper spinal rotation). * Detailed instruction and clear demonstration of safe and effective self-care. * Short and to-the-point, no annoying or time-wasting fluff. * Effective physical and verbal presentation: you look healthy, professional, and your speech is clear, flowing, positive, and emphatic in the right places ("don't force a crack"). Well done and please keep producing videos like this. 👍

As a chiro, and someone generally interested in educating people on how to help themselves feel better, this video has been the best thing I've come across that I also give to my patients every day in practice. If you happen to be scrolling the comments for validation, what Dr Mike is showing her is definitely the safest way to get that 'pop' or 'crack' release in your neck and is just a great stretch to perform regularly when improving (or maintaining) good neck range-of-motion. Thank you for the tip I didn't feel any cracking but my neck still feels much better no more tension pain. I will be doing this method from now on

I didn’t expect it to work but it did. I had this tightness for months I went a chiropractor and he sat me in a generic massage chair. It did nothing but make it sorer. Thank you so much

I've been needing a wake up call about this specifically for years. I've been cracking my neck In a rotational motion on probably a daily basis and didn't think twice. Maybe I got lucky and have been doing it "safely," because I feel comfortable, but I've been wanting to get some confirmation or otherwise for a while, and I'm one of those people who constantly forgets to look for that kind of help. So glad I took 5 minutes to watch this

I've been cracking my neck for around 5 years probably once or twice daily to each side. I basically do this method but without the hand pulling the neck down or the hand behind the back, I juse use my neck muscles to move my ear towards my shoulder on either side. It never feels dangerous (although I guess it could be without me knowing), and I get a massive euphoric pleasure release seconds after I hear 1-3 cracks. I've also taken up cracking my back (rotationally) in the past 3 years almost daily with no issues but again it seems like I know my rotational limits and won't have any issues with arterial damage.

@@Fishbro For the neck or the back? I use my arms to push against a wall behind me to twist my back, but don't use arms for my neck

I do the same way, but I have (only twice in all the times doing it, which is as you said, basically daily for 15+ years) 'pinched' something and had a sore neck and shoulder for a day after

I will be honest. I have always done a sudden jerk twist motion. I get many deep crunchy cracks. But about 10% of the time, I can have a pain later. I knew it was "wrong". but still did them. I tried this after watching and not only did I get huge cracks that were relieving, but I felt completely normal after. Hell of a video, as most of yours seem to be.

Thank you for mentioning the dangers of rotating your neck. I'm 100% certain my father passed at 49yo because he would always whip his head left to right very quickly. Biopsy said he suffered either from a mass heart attack or stroke and the weeks leading up to his passing he complained of a very stiff neck and pains in his left arm. I'm sure it's a bit of column A and column B but cracking the neck like he did whilst having potential heart problems wasnt the best of ideas.
