I changed the price to $1 since I think a lot of people are just downloading for the sake of downloading. I’m getting bombarded with emails so I’m hoping $1 barrier to entry helps with that. If $1 is too much, email me directly and I’ll help you out.

Thanks very much! I recommend building a small stool or table using the staked joinery technique and see if you like it. Chairs aren't complicated, its just lots of small steps that come together.

Very nice! I have used my laser for jigs and tools just about more than anything else so far- very handy. Couple of things to consider for a future iteration- slots and bearings. I love to tab and slot things to put together- it just makings alignment that much better and if you cut them right it can make things more precise. To increase accuracy even more, I think I would put bearings in the pivoting piece for the extension rod. Typing that just now made me think of another one... maybe an option to tighten down the pivot before you drill so that it is locked in to the angle you are drilling. Probably a lack of coordination, but I know the luck I would have trying to hold a pivoting piece at an angle and trying to hold a drill bit into the pivot at the same time. If I get time I will try to get you a sketch.

I see what you're saying, but it's not necessary. A shown in the video, it's already giving perfect results. I would have been happy if it was within 1 degree. The bearing on the pivot point makes no sense. It's not like you're moving enough to generate friction.

That's a great idea. I have been wondering how to jig up for some angled holes. Not large ones as you were making but small, up to 3mm. I can miniaturise the design as I've had to do for 4" table saw and a small router table.

First off, NEVER look up jigs while in "incognito mode"..... C'mon, man! You know the government is watching! Secondly, and I say this seeing that you clearly like dabbling in new things/challenges - you should try incorporating some leather work into your projects. Im a woodworker myself (not at your level), but I have been thinking of ways to incorporate the two in "collaborative" projects... Anyways.... Cheers!
