Mortiser and Doweler! Amazing 2 in 1 Woodworking Tool! // Zıvana ve Kavela Birleştirme Aracı
Hello friends, in this video i'll be making a handheld mortiser and doweler machine. You can do this for all handheld milling machines. This tool can be an inexpensive alternative to the festool domino. You can find all the measurements at the end of the video.

Nice choice instead the US$1,000 Festool Mortiser . Congratulations Man, you inspire the wood community.

Top class work. Thanks for sharing.
Nice jigs. Simpler and quicker to make than some of the more versatile mortising designs out there. I’ve always been put off by making a sledgehammer to crack a nut. If you are making lots of furniture then it makes sense to build some that takes xxxx hours to build - but for simpler tasks this makes much sense. I might go for simpler bearings, though.
Tebrikler. Başarılarının devamı dilerim.
Easy, simple and effective. You are the best. Thank to share it with us!
I’ve been woodworking 55 years and seen many good jigs, but this probably the best I have seen yet!
Chapeau l'artiste.
Harika usta, sen bu işi biliyorsun
The build was amazing but I wasnt expecting the altruism at the end! Subscribe!
This could be the best jig as Domino alternative. Easy to make and use, and compact. Another jig to make dowels as well and voila. Good job.
That is excellent, I had been considering a domino jointer but was put off by the price. I love that you include the dimensions and a parts list so people can more easily build their own. Thank you.
Amazing skills. I love watching your videos. I will definitely build some of your tools :) Thank you for sharing!
I love the clarity of the sizes that you give at the end of your projects.
Just amazing. Love the plans and part list at the end. This sort of selflessness is like the internet used to be.
As always i never get tired watching all your woodworking diy videos thanks for sharing
Showing the dimensions of all the parts in the end was such a nice gesture. I subscribed because of that!
I love to watch you work, such wonderfully clever designs, a joy to watch and no silly music just the noise of working, I wish I had you patience and tallent, and somewhere to work.
This is one of the best designs I've seen for a mortiser. Very well done.
Outstanding! I love the way you treat your viewers to a show at the end of the specific parts that you used. I became a subscriber instantly when I saw that. You opened my eyes to the world of slide bearings and associated parts available. Thanks.
Nice working 💪 bro 👏 I'm regular watching your videos 📹 from India 🇮🇳 uttar pardesh
I love how you show the plans at the end with all the measurements and information about the bits and pieces. You should do that with all your videos from now on. I think it would be great if you could also show different camera angles at the same time. 👍
Now I understand why you have so many subscribed, you have no idea how many people are you helping out with your wonderful ideas.
Once again, as **ALWAYS** , you provide excellence 😁👍
I’m amazed how simple you make all your projects and the machines you use to make them Keep up the great work Cinders
Gracias por tu excelente aportación. La mejor guía y fácil de hacer. Desde Ciudad de México. Un saludo. Antonio.
Great project. I’m going to build this, with a minor change. I’d cut a window on the front and apply plexiglass with guide lines much like what you did with the edge guide. This would allow for edge to face joint in the middle of a plank.

I’m going to build mine like that too. 3/8 plexiglas
First Sir, thankyou very much for a great project. I'm in Ontario Canada and for me to buy a comparable power tool would cost me $2500 to $5200. I'm now a grateful subscriber. I'm looking forward to watching the rest of your videos. God bless.
Great piece of kit, the only thing I will when I make one is add a handle at the front to get a better grip. Thanks for this. You are a true genius.
Such a great design and build it’s always a pleasure to watch you work. And thanks for sharing the plans at no cost to your subscribers
Hello my friend, your work is great, I like your idea👍👌👏💙
Best one yet as far as i'm concerned. Gonna draw up plans and build one soon! Thank you for your perfect design Sir!
Congratulations my brother! May God bless you and empower you more and more every day. Beautiful works!

Great.. Better, and more satisfying than a very, far to expensive tool from a brand that we know about.. I subscribe! 👍
A more advanced fixture than what you've been doing before. And now I’m thinking of doing this or redoing what was done according to your previously published one? Thank you.

That jig is so geniously engineered it should be called a machine. So kind from you to put all the dimensions at the end that I subscribed. Don't know if I'm going to try that build but it could solve some of our problem and speed up work in the garage.
I have seen several diy hand held mortisers but yours has to be best so far. I really like how small and compact it is. Hope to make one soon. Thanks!

Gracias!!!
I can't tell entirely if it's envy or appreciation, perhaps a mix of both, but I thoroughly enjoy your work!
I believed that perfection did not exist. I was wrong. Magnificent. Thanks for sharing
Absolutely doing one of these! I likenthe idea of using domino's and festool anything is out of my price range.
Great little jig and well done, I like the whole concept and don't see any reason for it not lasting, it's not like it's made for continuous heavy work, thanks for sharing this , at least most of us appreciate your efforts!
Thank you for your ideas and detailed informations. French Man in Germany....😂
This brought a smile to my face! BRAVO!
Absolutely brilliant & to give us your plans shows your great regard for your fellow woodworkers ..Thank you so much

GBU.
Man, you do such nice work. I've been watching your channel for a couple years I guess and have been so pleasingly impressed and inspired by your builds. It's been awhile since I've seen one of your videos, and seeing this one made me quite happy. As you used each of you precisely built tools to build this latest one, it just brought a smile to my face. And speaking of this build, well done! It looks to be perfectly functional and accurate! I'm making a note of this and plan to build one of my own!
Just AMAZING. Thank you for sharing.
Really clever. Better than a Domino as you can do the floating tenon of the Domino, and the Doweller like the Mafell…. And using a great little Makita router. Well done!
Absolutely brilliant. Great jig; excellent presentation. I loved the parts review at the end.
This is simply WOW!!! You just won another subscriber. Is any chance to make the 45 degrees version, please? that will help plenty of people doing awesome joints keep doing your awesome work!

Maravillado como siempre de ud maestro!!!! Si tan sólo Dios me concediera una 3ra parte de tu habilidad podría sacar adelante a mi familia 👏🏻
Sweet build. Thank you for sharing.
Very creative craftsmanship, and the video is extremely well done. It was easy to follow every step, and a great idea to put all the measurements at the end. I may never make this tool, but it was a pleasure to watch. Teşekkürler
Absolutely amazing, so much so ive just bought all the bars and bearings to build my own. Much ❤️
Bravo Meister. Und danke für die Maßen und Zeichnung
Providing the EXACT Plan at the end is REALLY => GREAT √√ Unlike other …
Hola amigo. Felicitaciones.
I really like how small this is and presumably much lighter to handle, that the regular biscuit joiners are. Being battery powered, is a big plus for 'onsite' quick work.
Thank You for share this project! Excellent! 👏👏👏
Outstanding! How wonderful to find an engineered product beautifully presented, built and demonstrated without all the would be Brad Pitt acting and tiresome pointless dialog. Subscribed, thank you. You have become my favourite channel.
Excellent wood working tool .. Thanks
This is the first time I watched one of your videos. I have great respect for your ingenuity. Thank you very much for sharing this video. I will subscribe to your channel.
You're the best
Superbe.
Fantástico, increíble, además el trabajo impecable!! Muchas gracias!
Your projects and videos continue to improve! I have seen other KZread videos about similar devices, but yours clearly shows every step of the construction, and the parts you use are easily sourced. I had never heard of "LME bearings", but they are plentiful and cheap on eBay in a range of sizes, and the rest of the parts can be made from materials that most creators can find in the nearest hardware store (or Dumpster...) if they don't already have them in their junk box.
Mis felicitaciones, excelente herramienta, practica y funcional ... Muchas Gracias por compartir.
Tebrik ediyorum kardeşim.Ellerine saglik🇹🇷
Excelente trabajo 💪 🇦🇷
Yur area good man, tank´s for show we, we need people same to you. Tanks you
A VERY USEFUL TOOL FOR THE WOODWORKER!
Thanks super man you're making thing very well 👍 I, m from Egypt 🇪🇬
Amazing idea. This I have to do as well. I‘ll show it on my channel. Thanks for presenting. Regards, Der Vorrichtungsbauer ✌️
Impressive skills as always! I made a slightly different version of this tool from Pask Makes, and the biggest problem I ran into was realizing joints with acceptable accuracy, because yeah, wood frame is not as rigid as metal, and even very little bending while doing the mortise, results in a visible inaccuracy in the joint...
