I'd like to share with you my favorite dough recipe. This dough is pretty special to me, not only because I use it all the time to make perfect pizza, focaccia and bread at home, but also because it was the same dough that I used in the first video on this channel. I thought it was time to revisit it, and, hey, let's face it - who doesn't like pizza, focaccia or a good sandwich?! :) Enjoy
Ingredients:
Poolish
Flour - 150g
Water - 150ml
Yeast - 2g
Honey - 5g
Dough
Poolish - 300g (307g for all the trolls)
Flour - 625g
Water - 350ml
Salt - 20g

    Your pizza looks soooo good I'm going to use your recipe and wait the three days. This from someone who usually thinks anything that takes more than 30 mins to make is not on the menu.😂

    Pro salt tip: Salt kills yeast. That is why you need to add it in the way you show here, and not let it mix directly with the yeast. Also, all salts are the same. There might be additives like iodine, or iron oxide, making small differences. But salt is salt. The main difference between salts is that large crystals give more crunch and flavor than small powder-like crystals. But once you dissolve the salt, there is no difference.
