The BEGINNER-Friendliest SOURDOUGH BREAD

I've come up with a bunch of tips and tricks to help bake artisan-style sourdough bread. Because there is nothing quite like the smell of freshly baked bread that fills your home and I believe that everyone should be able to experience it. Enjoy! :)
Ingredients:
Dough (makes 2 loaves, divide measurements in half for 1 loaf)
Sourdough starter - 300g (307g for all the trolls)
Flour - 625g
Water - 350ml
Salt - 20g
