This is the best song I've heard in years. Yet, I can't listen to it without sobbing.

It's cathartic in this year to have the emotional release from watching this video. Thank you for sharing

I lost my grandmother a few months ago and we live about 13 hours apart. No funeral due to corona. Seeing everything disappear in this video wrecked me because that is how I saw her place when people would FaceTime me and ask what items I would want from her house. I still can’t watch it, or anyone react to it, without becoming a mess. That being said, it’s the most beautiful piece of music I’ve ever heard and I’ll listen to it until I do make it through without tears, and on that day I hope to have the closure I have been searching for. Thanks for the reaction and thanks Spiritbox for what can only be called pure raw humanity and pure art.

It’s okay. We all cried to this song. It’s absolutely beautiful, relatable to anyone and emotionally it’s incredibly heavy. What’s really nice, is feeling a connection with all the other people in the comments and reaction videos. Makes it slightly easier, knowing you’re not the only one dealing with these emotions.

Recently lost my great grandma back in October and 16 years ago I lost my grandpa I miss them so much I'm so scared too loose another family member This song needs too play on the radio And every time I hear this song I talk too both of them now I know they are watching over me

My mother was 104 when she passed this last april. Only sometimes she got disoriented in time other kind of had allusinations but thanks God she always new whom I was and my son and her great great granddaughters. And certainly everytime time I see this video and others reactors I always ended crying. With my mother ashes in a special place at home and next to me.

Saddest metal song that exists. It makes me feel many feelings I don't want to feel yet but am afraid of feeling soon as my parents are getting older. I just hope a song like this might prepare me of things that might occur really soon. I've cried many times listening/watching the video, if it doesn't make feel anything you're dead already. The song itself especially the ending is just perfection, it falls into chaos as the brain can do as you are getting older, forgetting simple things creating a blend of thoughts without a single coherent thought you can discerne.

i feel you. got teary eyed pretty easily when i saw the video. lost my dad too in 2020, though, not of dementia nor covid and this one makes me miss him a lot. dementia is like halfway from losing someone in a frequency (constancy), which makes it more brutal. i hope every family with parents with such brutal disease can stay strong and take the beat. hugs! 🖤

I've cried pretty much every time I've watched this video. It makes me think a lot of my grandmother who gradually faded away :( it also makes me think of my mother who is getting older now and her memory is getting worse and I worry how bad she will get :( Thank you for showing us your full reaction and not editing out your tears, lots of us feel like that. This really does show the levels of torment involved in the life of and for those around someone living with Alzheimer's or Dementia. Also, I struggle with my emotional expression but boy did this allow me to have a much needed cry. Great review/reaction!

I felt you big time when you said "I do not allow myself to cry in front of people", I became the same way after losing my dad. Grieving in solitude is the only way to process your own shit without making it worse for others, keep your chin up. I respect that

I lost my grandma back in 2014 due to Alzheimer’s, and this year I lost my other grandma who I was really close with, to COVID-19. So every time I hear this song I start balling my eyes out

Love your accent!!! This song did the same thing to me...I didn't get a warning. Picture a grown man in the fetal position laying in a puddle of tears...that was my emotional state.

I'm dealing with my grandfather slowly going like this, but I'm torn because he was never really around. My grandma was always causing drama because she didn't like my mom for being a divorced woman who married my dad and it tore our whole family away from my grandparents. Idk if I'm allowed to feel pain.
