I've always wanted to talk about mental health & poker but have been too scared to--it's scary being vulnerable and poker is often a very toxic space. But this year, with much thanks to my partner, I've come to realize that I am on the autistic spectrum and that realization has improves my own perception of myself as a human and as a poker player. Hopefully this is a window into the lives of other professionals card sharks, and a sign that you should be nicer to yourself too.
