I am not challenging your doctrine. Could you explain why GOD rested on the 7th day, if HE would never get tired or weary. I’m good with unlimited power and GOD can do anything. “I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me,” awesome quote.

@@shawnbeckett1370Genesis 2.3-4.. Rested employs the root.. "sabbath" that later relates to Israel. It implies that He ceased from His creating work.

This preacher Steven Lawson appears to be the summation of all great biblical theologians. His soothing voice, powerful and easy way of presentation , humility, his knowledge and memory power all these keep him at the top of biblical theoligians.

May God grant me the grace to live and understand this glorious truth.

Please remember my friend Rick in your prayers. He has been using crystal med for 20 years and he saw his own face turning into demonic figure in the mirror of his bathroom last week and quit using drug for 24 hours . Please pray for his deliverance and repentance of wicked sorcery he has been dealing with his demons many years . May God of mercy and compassion save his soul before too late . Thank you so much . GOD never changes

Our finite minds are so limited with our reasoning. Only by God’s grace are we so privileged to be able to come to Him. We really have nothing to be discouraged about. Only when we set our standards too high do we become discouraged. Because God is sovereign and omniscient we should never worry. Obedience to God is proof of trust and if we ever have a low view of God it is always caused by unbelief.

Jesus is not lord! This is idol worshiping and a disrespect to God! One and only who’s worthy of our worship.

As a submitter - I enjoyed this immensely. But one can’t help but ask the fundamental question - we all know the all powerful God! And in ALL scriptures (Abrahamic religion) that idol worshiping is wrong and forbidden. Yet “Muslims” recite the name of the Prophet (Muhammad) next to God in all their prayers and for the Christians, the name of Jesus. Idolizing is also evident in worshiping money, fame, material possessions, and even your wife and child. Both of whom were MAN. That God chose to deliver the message to the tribes and peoples of their time. Seek ONLY GOD, and none other than GOD. Good program - 🙏

I agree with everything I've heard up to 10:33 in when I stopped watching because you were dodging the overriding issue. RC Sproul got it right in his video: Can our prayers change God's will? If not, why pray? God already knows His plans. In many cases He has outlined them specifically in the bible. Who am I to pull an Abraham and negotiate with God who knows the end from the beginning and the beginning from the end. I'm doing an in depth study of the Book of Ezekiel. God gives Ezekiel a series of specific tasks but He also tells him that the people will not listen, because they did not listen to Him. God CAN do anything but God often will not interfere with free will because God does not want replicants who worship Him. He does however warn the people, and calls us to do the same, so He can judge them justly. You quoted my favorite teacher: AW Tozer. I will quote him again: The Lord is a giver of life, He does not exist to supply our needs. Tozer also said: Men go to hell because of their spirits/their nature. Therefore, just because someone talks the talk, does not mean they take up their cross and follow Christ. Finally, Tozer said: a great many people go to hell from churches and from the pulpit. If anyone wants the best teaching (hands down) on What it means to accept Christ...search KZread for what AW Tozer has to say.

How to answer if people will ask us " Can God to create such a stone that couldn't lift it up Himself

Funny how this video has hardly any comments but the videos that talk about reformed theology get a lot of comments.

So, could god create another god if he so wished?

How can nothing is impossible to god? If there is nothing is impossible to god, can god create or make something that too heavy for god to move it? If he can, how is that nothing is impossible to god, since god can not move the object that god have just created? If he can not, is that the proof of there is limit to god, and there for there might be many of thing god can not do?

Chlorokinesis, zoolingualism, omnilingualism, super-strength, invulnerability, metal body transformation, chlorolingualism, flight, super-speed, pyrokinesis, atmokinesis, cryokinesis, geokinesis, aquakinesis, photokinesis, heat vision, shapeshifting, instantaneous weapon creation, intangibility, precognition, body elasticity, force field generation, invisibility, time-travel, time-stopping, immortality, supreme healing factor, sonic voice, giant transformation, shrinking, electrokinesis, atomic manipulation, multiplication, these are just some of the powers he possesses.

If a man, let's call him Dave, won the lottery with a lottery ticket he bought for the very first lottery draw held in England, and God foresaw that this would happen before Dave was even created, could dave have then chosen not to buy that first lottery ticket?

How to answer atheists " can God create a stone that could not lift?"

God cannot be all powerful because God cannot tile the entire Penrose Tileset.

There are a few things God cannot do. Changing into a human and getting himself killed in one. Malachi 3:6. God is immortal.

A mind-boggler for the Christians; if God is omnipotent can He create something that He would be unable to lift? If He can't create it then He's not omnipotent. If He can create it and He is unable to lift it He is not omnipotent. If He can create it and is able to lift it He was unable to make something that He was unable to lift, and thus is not omnipotent. Who's talking in dung tongues?
